A year since my last review and it’s still disorganized. No one knows what anyone else is doing. It’s 11:45 and I’m still waiting on prescriptions that were to be ready at 11.

I would like to give a "shout out" to Samantha and Sandy for the exceptional customer service they provided. Samantha and Sandy went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my patient would not have to go a weekend without their medication. The pharmacy was supposed to close at 6:00 p.m. but the staff worked diligently until about 6:30 p.m. I cannot end this feedback without giving a huge thank you to Amy for all that she does to assist myself and the FIT program. The appointment was made soon after contact. Only a few minutes passed before being seen after arrival. Faith identified herself and washed her and in my presence. Asked questions regarding my reason for the visit. Took my vitals. The COVID test was clearly explained and quickly taken. The results were provided by phone within fifteen minutes as promised and sent to my email later the same day. I had an unusual problem and the diagnosis was unclear. However, based upon the evidence a prescription was given with a few pills provided onsite. All information was clear and concise. Just a few days down the road from my visit, recovery in all aspects are near.
