I have a small custom cabinet shop and we always require specialty woods and plys. Rugby has a wide variety in stock and the staff are all super knowledgeable and helpful. Today I was on my way to order in person but ran into a bunch of traffic that was going to make me arrive close to their closing time. I called in advance had them pull my order for me. When I arrived it was ready to go and I was out of there in 10 minutes and did not hold up their closing time. Shout out to Jack, you guys are all awesome!

Rugby was very helpful and accommodating. I had two separate truck loads of cabinets delivered, both drivers, Steven and David were awesome! Both deliveries were complete and free of damage.Paul and Michelle in the office are very friendly, knowledgeable and service focused.

Good products and excellent customer service. I’ve bought a lot of stuff from them recently and they are very quick to respond to my emails whenever I have a question or request a quote for an order. All the employees have been very helpful and friendly. The guys in the warehouse don’t waste any time and always have my orders pulled quickly which I really appreciate. I would definitely recommend checking them out as they are a pleasure to deal with.

I've been doing business with Rugby for 8 years. I've never had an issue with them. As a matter of fact. They have went above and beyond on a few occasions.

I was in Charlotte and asked for 1 cabinet they have in stop and since they don't do cpu on Fridays they said not enough man power to pull one box as I was there and seen 3 guts in the warehouse I will never use them and do t recommend anyone else

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Employees actively ignore you, express frustration at even a simple request, and seen generally annoyed by your presence. I started coming here a few years ago, as it was closer than Wurth to my shop.I would not recommend this company, unless you genuinely like being treated like trash
