Not r a place I would continuously shop at as things are thrown about everywhere & the place isn’t as clean as it needs to be . Not a recommendation I’d make to anyone !

Two security personnel and one cash register open on saturday after lunch time while a random clerk put tags on items also at the front of the store while a line of 30 people waited. We got out of line and left disappointed. The people who checked out at the front of the line waited 40 MINUTES to check out. that is unacceptable.

Why your customer service is so bad? it seems that you are hiring based on some other criteria. Not friendly, rude cashiers. I love this store, but every time the mood at the checkout spoils. I spend 30 minutes in the store and the same amount of time standing in line at the checkout

The cashier made me remove the hook from the clothes that I was going to pay for and hang them up and another cashier who was there also asked if the cart ? was mine... to put it in its place... I want to know what my job is as a customer or theirs because that's what they get paid for... they were both very arrogant... I will never return to that store

I’m in line at this store the day after Black Friday and at 2:53pm they have only one cashier. Been in line at least 15 mins. Already and there are twenty carts ahead of me. Stupidity on the management of the store. When you haven’t cross trained your stockers you are an idiot manager.

Shameful disgrace of a store. All the merchandise is thown on the floor. Apathetic workers don't clean or organize anything. Only one snail-paced register open with over 20 people in the line. We ran out of there.

This was my first visit to any Ross store and I’m very happy with the experience. Staff was friendly and the store’s inventory was impressive. Ross is clearly one of those stores where you’re going there for one and find other things that you needed as well at an extremely reasonable price. Can’t beat the savings on name-brand merchandise. You have to be willing to ‘shop’; deals aren’t going to fly into your shopping cart. The staff on the floor were working hard to keep the displays/shelves/racks organized. The young lady who rang up my order was personable and wished us a great day. Glad that I didn’t take heed to the negative reviews posted on here because aside from the occasional ‘crying/screaming’ children my shopping experience was great. I’ll definitely be back. ??
