I love Ross, but the person is not efficient, they are rude despots, especially a cashier lady, the supposedly rude Manager, while waiting to pay, yelled at some ladies to get out of the store with strong words. My mother has vision problems and I was with her while she was paying for things... and this cashier lady rudely told me to stay away, only one person can be there. I explained to him but he didn't understand... I spoke to the Manager and he didn't do anything when I told him that "that's not the way to treat a customer" he smiled ironically... I hope some senior boss will correct them.

Horrible human resources department!
They don't care about their employees or former employees. I had an issue with a payroll payment back in July of 2023 and I haven't had any correspondence with the payroll department or human resources.
I have done my due diligence as far as calling the help desk and going through my store manager and HR/payroll rarely responds to emails in my behalf. When I call the help desk to make a payroll request the automated service always hangs up when I select the payroll prompt. A payment of roughly $125 on July 22 2023 was sent to my address in the system that I no longer lived at. I have been attempting to have that check stopped and a new one be sent to the location I worked at since thar following week in July of 2023. I haven't talked to Ross human resources or their payroll department. This is the worst human resources department i have worked with.

Stopped off at Ross on my home from an appointment... What... it was on the way.
Anyway, I scored this tray (and a few items that I really needed). The senior discount was a bonus... timing is everything.

The line was wrapping and there was only one cashier. The supervisor was called up to assist, but he instead sat and talked with loss prevention about the employees that were on lunch. There were so many employees but none to help the growing line. Poor customer service.

The black lady on the cashier was so mean , the worst one ! , the told me zip it out , and did not refund the money correctly , also start yelling hello like I can’t hear or I don’t understand English , they should fire the old black lady on the front , horrible !!!!!!!
