The store was fine, the cash registers continued to have problems; therefore, it took so much longer to check out. I would have left, but I really needed the items! So a rating of 3

The clothes are cheap and I like them but the bad thing is the cashiers, they have always done this to me and today I was just buying two pants that cost 11.99 and they charged me 14.99 for each pair of pants and they charged me for two girls' clothes. Extra, before paying I always add up how much the total will be before paying at the cashier and they were charging me 30 dollars more, this is the third time this has happened to me in that storeI advise you to be careful before paying.

Do yourself a favor and do not support this roses store off The Plaza in Charlotte NC. Horrible employees and security. They take their job seriously as if customers are going to steal items and put into bags. I only come here for bread which is like by the registers

My least favorite location to shop at. Belmont and Kannapolis locations are always clean. Oh and I forgot to add that the other locations are very well organized. I also like the freedom location.

I received the best customer service and found everything I needed. I would like to thank the cashiers for being very patient with people and checking everyone out quickly. I truly appreciate the security guard assisting the employees to make sure the customers received exceptional customer service. The teamwork is amazing at this location.

I was in line behind 5 other customers- ONE REGISTER OPEN. I waited awhile then asked if someone else could open. They said "in a minute". The older gentleman in line behind me said- "it's always like this on Wednesday's (senior day). Another associate went to another register- I walked over- she was counting coins and having a conversation with a co-worker about drinking coffee. A third coworker said I should have stayed in the other line- by then there were 12 others in that line. I put my 4 cans of canned wieners down and said never mind. They all replied "have a good day and come back". NOPE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE EXTREMELY POOR. THEY NEED "CHICK-FIL-A" training. Stay away from this store- go to eastway drive.

First off, let me express the induced nostalgia, that I love about Roses. Although, the store provides modern products. The interior design is still of an 80s, 90s vibe. This is my primary Roses, as is nearest me and I love it. What reinforced my patronage to this store, is what happened just today. I brought a product to the cashier that ended up being one price in the system, yet, labeled at a cheaper price on the shelf. The cashier was very friendly, called for the person with authority, to resolve such an issue. Both cashier clerk and and the lady she called to resolve it, were courteous and understanding. Both executed that situation as would be textbook customer service.

The worst store in life! My grandson slit his face on a rusty sharp shelf, he's 3, he turn Around and walked right into it. The employee's and the rude manager "lady" showed no concern as blood ran down my ba by's face. Customers were very concerned and outraged. If it wasn't for the security lady and the manager guy Tory stepping up..they would've completely ignored us. They need to re-staff as soon as possible..and hire some good decent people

Cute pjs, cheap summer clothing, but I couldn’t find the 3 tier sterilite bin I was seeking & the staff is sketchy. Limited options for 18-24mth old clothing & no Suavitel in sight.
