This business is also listed as El rinconcito Chilango taqueria, but I am listing it under the name as it appears in most other places. This place has the best tacos I have ever had in Charlotte, period. I grew up in Texas, near the border and have eaten Mexican and Tex-Mex food as far back as I can remember, so I'm always looking for Mexican food that is "just right" - this place is it. I've had most every kind of taco made here over the years, looking for the best, and I'm happy to say these are, in my opinion, the ones. If you haven't tried their tacos, please do and see how they compare to your favorites. For me, the right sauces, the right seasonings, the right ratio of ingredients, and the right roasted veggies thrown in all make this a perfect taco meal.
