Went in for an item the website stated was in stock. Go to the pharmacy and was told they didn't have it.Then I asked the person "helping " if they knew if another store had them? They named stores in the area. I said no , I mean Walgreen. They looked at me and said no I wouldn't know. Hmmmm. You can't look thru your database? You couldn't ask the pharmacist? You couldn't call the one on speed dial??Just let me suffer!!!!!Great customer service.. NOOOOT

Extremely rude. Stephanie is absolutely No help. Another Walgreens told me this location had what I was looking for. I couldn’t find it, so I asked and she said “well did you look? Then we don’t have it.” VERY unprofessional and rude.

The customer service at this location is consistently TERRIBLE. No one seems to want to do their job. The managers always racially profile me and seem to follow me to each aisle I go to. This has happened multiple times for absolutely no reason. They just stare at me. I’ve been to this location multiple times and each time the young girls slam my items in a bag and do a bunch of huffing and puffing rolling their eyes as if IM inconveniencing them. It’s absolutely disgusting and lacks professionalism. DO BETTER.

This pharmacy is so terrible. They never answer their phone, they don’t refill on time, they won’t transfer your rx back to another pharmacy and then tell you they can’t do anything to help and then cop an attitude in the process. Stay away from this pharmacy if you can.

I’ve called up to this pharmacy 6 times. Every time they answer the phone they immediately say “Walgreens pharmacy please hold”. They do NOT wait for you to speak you’re immediately placed on hold waiting for 10 mins or more and then they hang up on you and yet again the cycle continues. If I could give this pharmacy a negative 5 stars I would! I’m disgusted in the service that I receive at this pharmacy and I will no longer have prescriptions sent to this facility. Don’t get me wrong I work in the medical field so I understood that the entire world is short staffed but acknowledging the customers needs before placing them on hold and the proceeding to hang up is unacceptable.

Rude employees.. I was on hold 1 hour 49 minutes. After 3 days, my prescription is still not ready. Only one pharmacist there ( Mark) is great. But he can't do it all.

Having waited on their telephone line, I can you tell you that the pharmacy averages only one call every 56 minutes. This store should be shut down and the manager sent to Walgreen's new store in Guatemala City.
