I called the pharmacy 7:47 pm on Wednesday 2/1/23, after couple minutes, staff member answered me “ hold on we will be with you shortly”I still waiting then at 7:57 pm somebody hanged up the call. What customer service the pharmacy have!!

I had to have my prescription transferred to CVS due to insurance. They are dragging their feet as long as possible. I need this medicine and you guys could care so little about costumers that you won't send a prescription over. Hope whoever needs medicine can find a new place to go because they do not care about or your well-being.

I went to this Walgreens store asking for Hepatitis A vaccine information and they asked me to wait for “Andrew pharmacist. This pharmacist was very unprofessional, he not only looked upset but was rude and verbally aggressive to everyone. It took him 15 minutes to just let me know that vaccine was not available and that the cost was $169, I don’t know if this was the true cost but I will find out. I was going to pay for this vaccine thus request at least respect. He needs to looked for another place to work where he is do not have to be part of customer service. In addition, he was asked about the availability of the 1st covid vaccine which he answered that he did not know, don’t you suppose to know the 4 different covid vaccines and the availability if you are daily administering them.

Formely eckerd/rite aid now Walgreens. Store is going downhill loosing a lot of customers. Sadly Pam the old store manager is gone. She was really good. But those elderly cashiers weren't as good. However 2/4/22 i heard a beeping sound some african american guy with glasses took the basket and goods without paying. Cashier didn't even notice it

I was shopping after a recent neck injury and having a very difficult time looking for a simple product as I could not turn my head either side to side or up and down by very much. Was wandering around the store for a several minutes having some difficulty.One of the pharmacists actually noticed me struggling to get around and came out from behind the counter to assist me in locating an ice pack that would work for my injury unprompted.This likely saved me a lot of extra time and discomfort.I did not catch her name, but that was, by far, the best customer service I've experienced in some time especially considering that I did not personally ask for assistance.I'm very thankful that this particular pharmacist was working and took the time to assist me without any judgement. 10/10, will definitely be revisiting this location.

This store is horrible. I have a prescription for B12 (has to be injected) from another Walgreens but they don't sell needles. I decided to come to this store to get some because it's on my home from work. I told them I had a prescription from another store and the first lady said "Well, IF you do then we can sell them to you down on the other end." I go to the other end, tell the second lady there the same thing. She looks up my prescription, SEES my prescriptions and that I need needles, sees that needles are NOT included in my prescription (I have to pay for them as opposed to my insur.). She goes to ask someone else, a third person, if she can sell me needles. Now, I think it's relevant to say that I was dressed professionally, smelled like Valentino perfume, and was clean.....I didn't look like I needed needles for drug use. BUT if I did, you would think they'd sell me clean needles. Anyway, the third lady proceeds to pretend like she's looking for needles and says "We don't have any of the kind you need." I'm standing there staring at a box of needles now. I just left the OTHER stuff I was going to buy RIGHT THERE. Ya'll don't have to worry about me patronizing this store anymore. WHY COULD YOU NOT SELL ME NEEDLES FOR A PRESCRIPTION YOU SEE IN THE SYSTEM?

This walgreens must be really desperate in need of people working there. Apparently they would put anyone in shift leader position who technically is a person in charge when the store manager is not around. So, I was there to get some items and tried to use some of my coupons. The very old lady cashier that was there kept telling me only one coupon per transaction. Hello, I have over ten items I wanted to buy and you are telling me only one coupon per transaction is allowed. Are you kidding me? Some of the coupons itself did not even have that limitation where you could use up to 2 or 4 of the identical ones. Apparently that's what the shift leader was telling her when she called her up to the register. My coupons scanned fine when I told her the limit was for 2 of that coupons since I got 4 of them. The cashier was not happy. Also if you have kids, AVOID at all cost too! This old woman cashier would yelled at your kid if god forbid to even touch any of the toys there unless you were to buy them. So don't test them out unless you pay for it.
