Nick greeted me with a smile. As he promised, he had 3 roofing samples for me which he ordered from the mfg. I found Nick’s courtesy to be exceptional and someone Richards should value by creating a career path on which he can earn more for Richards and himself.

Don't understand all of the good reviews. The customer service of this company is terrible! I'm a local builder and have an email trail of 6 emails following up with Joshua to try to get a quote for metal roofing, and got nothing! Not to mention multiple phone calls. After being promised a returned phone call for the 3rd time, it's been several weeks now and still nothing! I started to email Richard's regional management team, but decided to leave a google review instead so that I'm not wasting any more of my time. Ended up getting what I needed from ABC Supply instead. This company will not get any of my business on future projects.

Eastern building supply its also know as, receiving starts at 8am till not sure what time. Can park on street overnight not sure if it's one side only

For trucker . Good people . Unload you early. Backing up to door is bit tricky. Enter your truck in backward in the location form the street . And you can get it then easily . If you find any stuff in your way while backing up . Fork lift driver are nice guys . They will remove it . If you ask them .

Probably one the most helpful and nicest staff I’ve delt with. Especially Robert, I had some confusion on a product and he was very patient and understanding. Worked through it with me and helped me solve an issue that’s been going on for two weeks. Will definitely be dealing with them from now on. Great customer service goes a long way.

Specifically Andrew (the warehouse manager) is absolutely amazing at his job, myself not knowing anything about the supplies I needed had the knowledge and experience to answer every question I had and was very helpful with suggestions as well, he runs an amazing team that is also very helpful, (Thomas) is also quite knowledgeable in his field of work. This specific building supply company deserves 5 stars over and over again because of the amazing levels of customer service and actually having knowledge about the products they sell!
