Had an interview at 9am for Branch Manager, arrived at 8:50. Manager said she needed 15 minutes to finish a task, I stood and waited 50 minutes in total. No manager ever addressed me or even stoped by the receptionist to acknowledge that I was there for an interview. My observations in the time I waited: Location was unkempt, several cases of rotten tomatoes and onions sitting at the entrance that customers were having to move themselves; another note, employees were being rude to customers on several occasions. Priorities seem out of place in my opinion.

Worst customer service ever, extreme attitudes and huffing and puffing from some old guy at reception, returned $60 out of my $1100 purchase and then started giving me an attitude when I brought up his mistake. On top of all that, this whole process took an hour and a half which is insanely ridiculous.
It’s almost as if he’s mad that he has to work when he’s at work.

Just when you think they couldn’t operate at a lower level, they stoop that far. I’ve tried to raise concerns to managers on-site, but they’re forever putting out fires that they shouldn’t have to.
Some of the fixes are simple. You “guarantee” to open new lines when they back up, but never do - create an actual express lane and you’ll eliminate half of this immediately. Your staff uses vulgar language at the registers and could care less about helping guests - clean house and find some customer service-oriented folks. Upgrade the point of sale to something from the 21st century. Audit the shelves and they won’t have to constantly hunt down supervisors for discounts on broken / damaged items.
Just a few reasons why operators are shopping elsewhere now.

Worse place to shop for merchant, no respect, couldn't believe we got threatened by cashier at the line,workers are unprofessional acting like gangs, Mangers are too comfortable to leave their office to solve issues, no apologies at all, people are rude as hell. it is time to shope at chef store, maybe not better price but definitely way better customers service and way much cleaner environment.

I come today for a torani syrup, one guy on the lines had a great customer service he make everything possible to help me find everything. But unfortunately when I wanted to pay the cashier ask me to go to customer service because I don’t have a membership. And the women in customer service was really rude and kind of disrespectful with her actitude I’m Latin and I don’t speak English perfectly but I can feel that energy when someone just don’t want to help someone.

Good prices but the workers are mostly very rude. Also, their discount paper doesn’t match their prices in store because “that paper only applies to some stores” … uh.. so why put it up in your store— they don’t honor their advertised discounts!!
The store is dirty and unorganized.
Anyway, if you need to buy food in bulk, they have what you need, otherwise, don’t come. Be prepared to deal with some rude people. Will be complaining to corporate because it seems like these people need better pay or something ?

My first experience here and while a little overwhelming and hectic it was solid. Ms. Lisa in seafood held me down and made sure I got what I needed, staff didn’t mind pointing me in the right direction when I couldn’t find what I was looking for. Price was right.

The WORST customer service EVER. Over the phone and in person. They get an actitude over nothing, make you wait till they're done with whatever gossip they have. Hang up the phone on you. They are just the worst. And can't even complain to anybody because they will ignore you. TOP 1 of worst business in the USA
