We had an amazing experience at Reid’s! Our car broke down while spending the day in Charlotte and we called this auto shop for towing assistance. They not only towed our car but were able to provide the services it needed to fully repair it back! Mechanic was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend this auto repair shop to anyone!

Had a 2015 VW Jetta having misfires. I tried fixing it myself but came up short. These guys figured it out and got the job done affordably. Will trust them again with my cars.

So pleased with Demetric today!! After calling for a flatbed tow truck through our insurance and having the provider drive by my location and refusing to return, I called Reid's Towing directly. Demetric gave me his personal cell and asked me to pin my location to him. He said he would be there in 30 min and arrived 10 min early. He delivered my vehicle to the tire shop requested. I couldn't be more pleased. It is nice when service exceeds expectations!!! Thank you Demetric!!!!

Words can't express my gratitude to Mr. Reid and his outstanding customer service! I was stranded on my way back to Florida with a dead battery and he and his Staff were quick to resolve the issue and with such care and efficiency. And very, very good price. He has restored my faith in mechanic shops! Highly recommend

I have used Reid's towing and auto service several times. He has helped us remove abandoned cars from our parking lot. He has fixed my son's car (when the dealership held it for 2 weeks without touching it once) giving us another few months before he had to buy a new car.
