My Fiancé and I decided to have lunch, earlier in the week and, we had the pleasure of receiving outstanding service from Michael, and I couldn't be more impressed. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail made my experience truly exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure that all my questions were answered and that I was completely satisfied with the service that he was able to provide as a representation of the Reid's brand. We are looking forward to our next visit when we are back in Charlotte!cheers!

Weather was great and we were able to sit outside which is very lovely and nice ambiance. The food was delicious. My one annoyance was that I ordered a mocktail but was charged a full price of a regular cocktail.

Cheryl was so attentive tonight and the food was great. Live music on a Thursday is a great reason to come back!

Service very spotty and not good. We ordered a macchiato, and instead she brought a caramel macchiato. She even saw that I didn't drink it but never asked anything. The room was very cold, but overall the decor and ambience is nice.

We showed up for our reservation and were greeted by the friendly host. She took us to our table, but the bar looked nice and we asked to sit there instead. The bartender was Sandy and she was so fun and attentive, despite having a mostly full bar. The food was hot and delicious. Thanks!

We had an amazing time at Reid's. I ordered the salmon, and my husband had the steak burger. Both were perfectly cooked and so tasty. They had a live musician playing, and he brought so much energy to the ambiance. We loved him! Our server Louise was also so kind. She had a positive attitude, and steered us towards an amazing bottle of wine. Evidently on Fridays, they bring out a reserve wine from the wine room to offer by the glass. We loved it so much, we bought a bottle! We will absolutely be returning to Reid's soon!

Spent Valentine's Day dinner at Reid's because it's normally our favorite place to go shop/eat. The only thing that really frustrated me was that it wasn't advertised that the menu that evening was fixed with a 3 course meal and couldn't order anything from the normal menu. $75 per person for a mediocre meal wasn't worth it in the slightest. The service was great, the ambiance was nice sitting in the wine room but the food was shockingly disappointing for the price.

First, we have loved Reeds since we moved to Charlotte 5 years ago. Great food, ambiance, outdoor dining and winelist. We had dinner with friends, we have not see for awhile last evening, and unfortunatly, due to the music from the duo that was playing in the dining room, it was impossible to have a conversation. I will be back, but not on nights they have music. Our freinds were disappointed.

The food was pretty good although we didn't get exactly what we ordered but the service was awful. We were barely even spoken to when we got to the restaurant and were seated. The waiter was less than helpful as well.

The food was great but the service was very poor. We were looking forward to a fun dinner with live music but it was hard to enjoy when it took 30 minutes to get a drink and our server only came over to our table 3 times throughout the evening.

Quick turnaround on food orders, we enjoyed the prosciutto pizza and iced tea. Nice atmosphere and lots of goodies that would have tempted us had we not be heading out for marathon shopping!

My husband had a tuna melt sandwich for lunch at this place last Wednesday, 2/7/24, around 11:30 am. By 8 pm he was feeling nauseated, by 11pm vomiting. The vomiting and nausea is still occurring after 2 days. I called the manager yesterday - left voice msg regarding this issue mainly to alert him about the poison tuna they were serving, and also to get a refund. I requested that he return my call. As of this evening, I have not received a callback. Seems about right; their sandwiches are pricey and mediocre at best, as is their management, apparently.

Food came out wrong, but our Server Abigal was super attentive, apologized and fixed it right away. One of the chefs (Cory I think) came out and also apologized to us, along with some yummy cornbread on the house. Music was great and half priced wine was even better! Will be returning!

Reid's is a really solid spot that I'm happy to have in the Southpark neighborhood! We went on a warm (for January) Friday evening and were seated out on the patio where we could listen to the live music. The dinner menu has a good variety of staples like salads, pizzas, sandwiches, and entrees. There's also a decently-sized wine list. I ordered a glass of the Reid's Rosé along with the PEI fresh mussels, which I found to be a very good portion, as long as you're not starving. I really enjoyed the crostini as well as the addition of the gnocchi along with the mussels in the flavorful coconut curry sauce (which has quite a kick to it from jalapeños). My husband got the rigatoni bolognese, which is the ultimate comfort food. It was prepared so well, and I loved the rich, warm flavor. We ate up the plate. For dessert, we ordered the double decker tiramisu on the dessert menu, but our server let us know they didn't have that anymore. Then our server asked if we'd like to go into the market with her to look at the options in the display case. Why yes, we do! Once there, she made some recommendations, and we went with the banana pudding cheesecake. Loved this cheesecake-y take on a Southern classic. I'll happily return to Reid's!
