One of my jewels on my pandora bracelet came out. I went to my local Reeds store and they didn’t have it in stock but the one at the Northlake location did . Mr Frank and Jeff were able to do the warranty exchange . Mr. Dan was really nice helping me pick out another charm for my bracelet and also informing me about the clips and stoppers. I didn’t know anything about them until he explained it to me as to why they were important. So with the new charm, I also added one clip and a stopper to my purchase. They even cleaned my pandora bracelet for me . Overall my experience was amazing and I want to thank Jeff, Frank , and Mr. Dan for helping me today.

Walked in this store and was ignored. We were looking to purchase a nice watch. However, when we walked in, we were ignored by the store attendants after they made eye contact with us.The worst part is that when the next customer entered the store, both the attendants rushed to greet and assist him. This is bad customer service and also an example of being selective with which guest to help based on physical appearance. EVERYONE THAT ENTERS THIS STORE DESERVES THE SAME RESPECT.I hope the store manager will speak with the attendants about this issue. It needs to stop immediately. I do NOT recommend this store to anyone based on our experience today.

So My husband & I have spent a few thousand $ @ Reeds before but this was my first time shopping here @ Reeds in The North Lake Mall. I want to first of all say Dominque was very nice & friendly as she was a few days prior on the phone. The other Associates were not! The man, can’t remember his name, was such a rude individual. Told me I was stressing him out & kept rushing me to look for jewelry & at the time not one other customer was in the store but me. He almost had me in tears, at the end he started being a lil bit nicer bc he knew I was upset & I told him he didn’t have to be so rude. If I ever return to this Reeds again I will call ahead to make sure he is NOT working that day. I loved the ppl who worked at the Reeds in Gastonia, but they closed it down unfortunately & this Reeds was an hour drive from me but still the closest. I don’t get out much bc I’m a care giver to my special needs son. So this encounter really ruined my day & was just unacceptable. I was told I could exchange jewelry I had received for Christmas there over the phone not once but twice, I had my emails with order #’s etc. plus our Reeds credit card. So when he realized I wasn’t going to be spending more $ & was just basically exchanging for the credit they gave me his demeanor changed & basically he didn’t want to fool with me. I will never forget the way he treated me yesterday. You never know what someone is going through so just be nice it’s not that hard. Or maybe working for the public isn’t your thing.Thanks,Candace Walker

I came to the Reeds in Northlake Mall and immediately Frank offered to assisted with the friendliest of smiles. I was a bit nervous st first, since it is my first time buying jewelry for my husband, but Frank made me feel so at ease and comfortable, trustworthy even. I appreciate how real he was and helpful. By the end of my visit I was so excited about the awesome deal I got on the ring, that I could barely contain. My excitement! Frank is definitely an asset to to REED's Jewelers and a keeper! I now look forward to continuing my business wt REED'S Jewelers in the near future as a long time returning customer except this time not under my husband's name.
