We were moving from out West to NC and needed a realtor we could trust to help us make such an important decision without being able to see the house in person. Melissa quickly made us forget about those fears and hesitations. All the open houses we asked her to attend, she would spend the entire time showing us the home via FaceTime. She would also take tons of pictures to send us after the showing. She was also not afraid to get in to the crawl space and attic to look for potential issues - both very critical given the home buying craziness during the time we decided to buy the home.
