I am a mortgage lender who worked with Addison Taefi on a transaction with a mutual client of ours--and cannot recommend her highly enough for any realtor needs in the greater CLT area. We suspected it could have been a somewhat complicated transaction, but with her expertise and effort, it was extremely smooth! Our client closed on their dream home 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Addison was responsive, a bulldog negotiator when she needed to be, and treated our client with the courtesy, friendliness, and respect that one would their own family.

Greg is absolutely the worst Realtor to deal with within this agency. He only cares about lining his pockets for financial gain and could care less about YOU the home buyer so much in fact that his customer service skills are horrible! It wasn’t how did you like the home? Did you get enough time to look at the home? It’s do you have a lender? And believe me you if the seller isn’t honoring their part of that said contract don’t count on Greg to help you or fight for you as the BUYER there are times he’s so disrespectful and argumentative you’d think he’s working for the seller! Yes you read that right! He does NOT care about your happiness and if you’re suppose to be receiving HOA documents above the said property you’re looking at? You’d think he’d provide them and tell you what’s included in the HOA right? Think again! Nothing. After asking several times have we’ve been given anything relevant or related to the property information. We’ve asked to speak to his manager multiple times he says don’t count on a call back! Really? We call corporate Remax and have yet to hear back from them....I certainly would NOT BUY A HOUSE FROM THESE PEOPLE IF YOU WANT DISRESPECTFUL, ARGUMENTATIVE, and hateful toned employees that won’t fight for you ;that won’t work for YOUR HAPPINESS AND HARD MONEY BEING SPENT they just want a commission and treat you like a doormat! It’s a disgrace the way in which they conduct business and treat their buyers and they should feel ashamed of themselves for upper management not returning phone calls and having employees on staff that are “bullying agents “ it’s ridiculous and if you go to these people you’re foolish! I’d go with Allen Tate Whom is much more customer service friendly they’ve had their tetanus shots and don’t act like a bunch of money hungry savages! Disgusting absolutely disgusting sickening is the feeling you’ll get if you contract with this company or maybe a virus that’s even deadlier.

Danielle Edwards of Remax Executive of Ballantyne is above amazing! After she found my dream home, it was time to sell the home that I have lived in for over 15 years. She guided me as to what the current buyers were looking for in a new home. From picking out the paint color, meeting me at Lowes to pick out bathroom fixtures, taking me to a lighting store to pick out light fixtures and even what door knobs to buy! I have not heard of any other realtor to go the extra miles as she did. Danielle was diligent in keeping me on track and under budget. She had an enormous data base of professionals at my disposal, which made it much easier on me. She had an open house and I had 7 offers in less than 24 hours. The best news is that it went $17,000 over asking price! She is not a "list it and leave it" kind of agent. She is there every step of the way making sure that you get the most out of your home without a ton of stress. I have never worked with anyone as passionate, detailed oriented or driven as Danielle.--

Zanthia showed us our current home for one weekend. She couldn't even negotiate a 500 dollars for us from the builder. Never showed up for a final walk through, she just left a message on my husband's phone she was help up at a client's place even though I am the one who she was interacting with. The worst part was never even bothered to show up for our closing. I am sure she would have showed up after the closing to collect her commission. Horrible experience to say the least. She is just a smooth talker.
