I wanted was my refund for both shirts because they didn’t fit properly DEFINITELY WONT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!!!

It would be okay, but would have noticed at a few different rainbows. Is that they're not stocked properly. They'll have way too many of one size and not enough or none of a different size and a staff. Some are a little bit customer orientated. But the others are more like. I don't have to be here. So get some good employees in stock. The stores properly. But I guess that falls on the management of each store. So I guess you need to hire real managers

Kimberly Fennel -Area Manager has relocated to this store. She has assaulted customers by throwing merchandise at them. She can be heard on tape admitting this. She has also admitted to calling customers derogatory remarks. She stated her DM Carrie Perlta was already aware and couldn’t do anythinbecause she knew all Carries secrets and were her “skeletons” at Rainbow were buried. Rainbow will eventually face a massive lawsuit with these two. Kimberly is one of the most evil and rudest ppl you’ll ever meet in retail. She’s like Jekyll n Hyde!

I think it’s great to have a store with relevant fashion trends at a (somewhat) reasonable price, but the fact it has to come with horrible service is upsetting. I understand no one loves to work, but they very obviously could’ve cared less about the customers standing in front of them. Not to mention a top i liked had to be put back because they “couldn’t remove the tag” then went on to say they could but didn’t wanna risk damage. Makes no sense seems they can’t sell it with the tag on anyways. 12.99 for a set of earrings, multiple earrings missing their pair but don’t worry i got 80¢ off.
