The store indicates that they open at 10a on the website and it’s also posted on their door! I get there at 10:04a and one of the employees are pulling up to go to work and are not ready to open! ??♀️ we gotta do better!

Your online hours clearly state you open at 10 am and your door at the front of the store says that this rainbow opens at 10 am but yet here I am at 10:09 am in the rain and the store is completely dark locked up and closed.

The store is very nice but they should have more friendly staff willing to help a customer when we don't understand something. Why are you working there if you don't have patience and are also bitter?

The store sign & online clearly says the store closes at 9:00pm on Saturday but they locked the doors at 8:00pm and were just standing around. A lot of women were standing outside very upset the day before Mother’s Day smh !

I visited the store at 6029 South Boulevard and I have never seen this behavior in my all my years on this earth!!! Worst experience Ive every witnessed. Idk who the lady is, but she's older, all gray hair. she is gonna cost Rainbow millions in civil damages. I'm new to Charlotte and witnessed her provoke a customer and the cust was able to beat her up. I called another location which gave me her DM binde number I tried to reach her but she never responded. I see why the ratings are 2.5; I'm perturbed by this allowance of behavior. I will have my phone recording everytime I go. Since her boss won't handle it, I will. Disgusting behavior; explains 2 star review! Rainbow will eventually be sued over this vulgar behavior. Btw this was my first visit to the store!

Came in for one pair of sunglasses. Cashier looks very annoyed at me and begins counting her drawer as soon as I said I’m ready to check out. I put the glasses back and left.
