Horrible Management. Sold me a pair of boots and did not let me know at the time of purchase they won't exchange without the box. The problem is I left the box in the store at the time of purchase and was not told they would not exchange WITH RECEIPT without the box 2 days later. I will be sure to let my family and friends know to NEVER shop this location. Horrible Customer Service. The Manager now has a free pair of boots. Hope she thanks me in her prayers since she needed them so badly. Will be writing to Corporate ASAP!

The worker wouldn’t let be buy a clearance pair of pants because they didn’t have a tag . I told her that they didn’t have a tag but there was a pair of pants that were similar to the ones I wanted . She said because the pair I wanted didn’t have a price , it can’t be sold . Then don’t have clothes that don’t have tags in your store . Usually I don’t ever have issues with that as much as I’ve shopped at rainbows over the years .
