Manager had a horrible attitude! We asked if she could look up a item in concord and her response was “ I don’t know anything about concord” and that’s fine but you could’ve assisted and perhaps even sold that item!

I’ve been shopping at rainbows since a teen and i came in for a dress and i found the perfect one was told i couldn’t buy it because it’s on a mannequin. They wont get another penny from me! EVER

At this point, I think they’ve made their friends and family do these reviews… because this place and the employees are all one stars, this place needs to be closed and the employees need a job in the back somewhere, to not have to deal with customers. Because they are so rude.
