Staff were not friendly.I got woken up by staff calling my room at 4 in the morning because a smoke alarm had gone off apparently which it didn’t.Small Dried blood stain on bed sheet.Overall cleanliness of the room did not meet expectations.Room was extremely overpriced.

I stayed here while on a trip for my birthday and as soon as I walked in I was greeted with open arms! Anthony Moore was so great! He was super nice and respectful, he answered any questions I had and made sure my stay went smoothly. Over all 10/10 recommend having him!

I had a flight cancelled so ended up in this hotel. Upon arrival, I asked the lady if Uber worked in the area, she said no. I booked a room to assess my next options. As I got to my room & connected to the Wifi, it was clear that uber did work & so I could take an Uber to my next destination without needing to stay the night. I went downstairs, explained the situation and she said no problem she would refund. Then she said the refund would need to wait for her boss to come in tomorrow and action it from his side. It has since been a week, I've sent 4 emails & I've had zero communication and the transaction has not been reversed. I am a VIP Radisson member & will be escalating this accordingly.

The breakfast kitchen was under renovationsThe pool was closedThe hotel shares the parking lot with a Strip club so it was loud at night.Not recommended for families.The locals are not dressed appropriately for families.

I had a delayed flight which caused me to miss a connection and end up overnighting in the airport. They STILL charged my card for the full price despite me explaining the circumstances. Awful people I would not recommend them to a roach!

Friendly vibe most of staff won't miss a greeting & a smile. My bad after my 2nd night I realized an exercise room. No one would argue its an odd location.Radisson hotel area. Next visit like to see the restaurant open. A bar something. ThanksRooms: 500 Sq foot ok roomsNearby activities: Everything is here within 15 minutes.Walkability: Not. I walked im a trooper whose car is in repair.10 minutes to LoSo or Night Switch coffee BOTH well recommended

I needed a place to rest between flights and the Radisson delivered. Bed was THE BEST (Simmons Beautyrest). Room was modern and clean, water pressure was fabulous. I wished that I could take this room everywhere I went to travel, truly. Free airport shuttle available 24 hours as well. Front deal staff (Ebony?) was extremely welcoming.

Don’t not a mistake and leave anything in this place…we forgot something and came back to reclaimed it the next day…they insisted that nothing was found in the closet where we placed the item when we came in the room. They won’t give you the military discount either ….no appreciation for your service…

In a weird spot, but an ok hotel. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Our room had this strange rolling barn door for the bathroom door, which made the entry into the room EXTREMELY tight. But otherwise, the stay was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Good place.

Hotel looked like it was under construction. Parking very limited. Rooms had a lot of broken things. No fresh towels after three days. Loud guests up and down hallway all night. Calls to front desk from room not answered. Pictures online must be old, hotel was not as pictured.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Anthony that works here at the front desk! We came down last weekend for a concert at Coyote Joe’s and this guy was awesome!! So nice, very respectful, gave us plenty of information of the area around us and we just enjoyed our time there! Excellent place to stay!!! Thank you for the amazing hospitality Anthony ✌️!!!!
