QT is an all in one stop and shop for gas, the have a great menu for the grill every drink you can think of plus they offer free air for your car tires and any other type of tires. The staff is always on point extremely helpful and respectful they put customers service number one and they go above and beyond.
FYI for women they have the best crust ice and their gas prices are very competitive and more times than not the lowest around. Plus the security makes you feel safe they run a tight ship no bums hanging around to harass the customers and they are open 24-7 and no matter what time of day or night I go the security makes me feel safe they my entire visit.y opinion Qt is the best convenient store gas station there is.nobody compares to there selection or services

Clean well run store. Lines develop at the registers and they quickly open another one to keep the line moving quickly.

I come into this QT 5 days a week. Monday-Friday because it is in my work area. I frequent here a lot and the women’s bathrooms for the past month has been absolutely DISGUSTING, DISTASTEFUL and very UNDESIRABLE!! I work outdoors and constantly moving around, so I have to use the restroom on the go. I choose QT because of the high expectations that I have as far as cleanliness and customer service. However, my expectations have not been met in quite sometime. There are 3 stalls. 2 in which are completely filthy and the 3rd is out of order and has been for sometime. It seems as if the staff doesn’t care to clean the restrooms. Almost as if it’s not apart of their jobs. I know they have to use to same restrooms which makes it even more crazy. To see filth and not do anything about it. For reference this is the QT located on 4200 Brookshire Blvd, Charlotte,NC 28208

Extremely busy but the workers operate 2 registers simultaneously to keep the patrons moving and happy....
And if you DO feel like complaining they hired a big guy with a gun to make sure that you complain with your inside voice haha

Window squeegee buckets are being used as trash cans. And, you almost literally can't take 5 steps without stepping on some type of garbage. It's like they don't care. Understaffed or whatever, it can be a lot cleaner.
