The quiktrip in Charlotte at N. Sharon Amity and Central Ave id scanner is always broken. To further frustrate customers, employees won't just check my ID and get the beer I wanted. Yall are losing money!!! It's not that difficult to check my ID and go in the cooler.

Super Great gas station, come on over to fill up your gas in your car and go inside the store and grab a drink, some smokes and snacks and your good to go, very easy and simple and convenient, right on the tip of your fingers, super quick stop for road essentials, I rate it a 5/5 Experience on the road in my opinion, Thumbs UP For The Many Options inside The Store Itself, Great Build, Great Location for Opening/Operation.

Only issue I have is the restroom, they really need to check them at least every 30 minutes maybe every hour, they have enough staff. Besides that, I appreciate that they're open 24 hours, I appreciate that they have a good menu, that their kitchen is clean and the staff is always so pleasant never have I gotten an attitude from anyone that works here. Love the QT app & they have good deals sometimes.

The security guard harasses customers and acts arrogant, I made a comment about his attitude and he became hostile and threw a note I made about his attitude, the cashier was super nice and wanted to reassure him but he continued with a hostile and aggressive attitude.Marshamelon Something like that!He is supposed to be observing and not interacting with customers.

They were busy, but cars weren't at every pump. It was easy to find an open pump. Good place to get gas.

I've never had any issues with this QT aside from employees not always having good energy. But specifically one of the trainers, tall white guy with braces, does his best with customer service. Though it might seem like it should be standard, we all know common sense isnt so common. Having someone who just wants to do the job right is all you can ask for

10 minutes ago I stoped in a Seven Eleven and try charge full tank gas and come to restroom but it was OUT OF SERVICE. We left that place and drove to QUICK TRIP. Normally all the time they have restroom in service, There are costumer don care restrooms as in own house and it was no in best Cleaning condition today, I think need increase the frecuencia that cleaning a the restroom per day.They have a Lot of options, and normally they have the best cleaning and Quality Service than others.I got a Full gas tank here today!When you stop in Quick trip you will have one of the best experiences as a costumer here, Zachary today was the guy attended me, very polite and attentive. Great costumer service.
