This place is like playing Russian Roulette with your life. I’ve been visiting this store for years because it happens to be in my line of travel. Tonight 5/27/24 however, the male cashier made me feel very uncomfortable just staring at me while I got my food off the grill station. Sir, why were you standing there just staring at me? I know you didn’t think a woman of my caliber, dressed nicely with diamonds on, was going to steal something at 2:30am. Furthermore, my annual income is more than any employee at your store and any Manager at your distribution centers as well, whom I happen to know and have their contact information. I make more than your security guards Peter and Jamal, and the rest of them. Please don’t step from behind the register and stare at me like that anymore. You made me feel very uncomfortable. I’m already the minority customer in your store and then you sexualize me or stare at me like a creep.

Finance scanned her ID to open the doors , got two beers and wanted to pay. The man said I can’t sell this bc we need IDs for all with you.
Are you kidding me , we had our kids with us. What’s the point of the ID scan if you are going to still ask for ID to buy? The kid was being a jerk. What if you buy a 12pk with your 16yr old daughter that looks 25, you not selling me the beer ?

I was not surprised with negative reviews.
I ear my lunch mostly at qt, but first time trying this location.
My order was messed up and there was confusion between employees so I asked for refund / instead of getting refund I got charged a second time for something I didn't get .
Next few days I go get my refund and tried to give this place a shot .the food was ok
however this place need a huge training for employees .cx service is very horrible and some disrespectful ppl work there .
Just my taught.
Will no go there again

I give this store a 1 start rating. In all my visitations to charlotte, NC whenever I come to this QT I always find it in the worst situations. Bathrooms are dirty, floors are sticky. I can't even get a fountain drink from QT. Because all of the fountain drinks machine are broke and to makes things worst we found expired beverages in the refrigerator. QT should really look into all of North Carolina stores and make sure everything is in order

Zero stars! Horrible customer service by so called assistant manager Caroline that work late shift. I let her know that i was sold raw hot dogs she was very rude and told me to warm them up smh I simply wanted a refund or my hot dogs cooked to proper temperature but she refused to do so I won’t return ever to this location and will be contacting corporate on the unprofessionalism and lack of customer service and unsafe food handling practices tomorrow!!

Taking your life into your own hands visiting any QT inside I-485 CLT. May account for why they have security on premises 24/7 and CMPD called to aid often. Bathrooms are never clean. Highly disgusting. Beggers bombard your entry and exit. Only saving grace is the credit and cash price are same on the signs. Though signs don't always reflect correct price at pump. I have seen same sign have different prices depending on the view.
