The location at 3541 Randolph road was incredible. Staff was helpful, prompt and did great job drawing blood and sorting out my drop off sample.

My experience here was great. Checking in at the kiosk was easy. My appointment started on time. The two girls who worked here were very nice and accommodating. I gave quite a bit of blood so I got very light headed. They were very patient with me, offered me water, and encouraged me to take my time recovering.
