This is the place I trust for care of my cars. Honest assessment and no selling of services not needed. Old school gas station also, check oil, tires and washer fluid plus clean exterior of windows with every fill up. Gas is a little more expensive but it well worth it to keep me on point with oil and tires plus clean windows. Dan and family do an awesome job.

The only full-service gas station in Charlotte. Family owned and operated. Service is what it's all about. We have relied on them for 30 years and they are always kind and eager to help. They have a great mechanic. We trust them completely.

Try to charge me $25 + to put a plug in the tire after he tried to explain me the process of putting a plug in a tire I wanted to be like really looser I probably put more plugs in tires on the side of the road then you have in your shop lol $25 should be ashamed yourself.

This is a family run business that provides great car care without fear of a rip off. I've been coming here since I was 16 and I still make an effort to stop by here when I'm visiting from Atlanta! This place is great for NC state car inspections, oil changes and other miscellaneous car maintenance. My most recent trip included oil change, oil filter replacement, gas, tire pressure, fluid check and addressing some bumper damage from nicking a crossing bear on a highway (yes, you read that right, a bear). At this point, the Queens family sees my 2004 Blue Ford Escape rolling through the parking lot and they never know what they're going to get. The whole trip cost me around $100 with the following breakdown: $23 5.5 qt oil, $19 oil filter, $35 gas and $20 for adjustment and zip-tie securing my fender away from my tire (this was awesome because they aren't a body shop but they helped me with my damaged bumper!). One of the best parts about this place is that they always vacuum the interior of your car no matter what's being done - always. In the past I've had tire changes, interior work, check engine light diagnosing, etc. The family working here is nice, but also no-nonsense and won't try to sell you on things you don't need. Overall, this is an auto shop that I really trust with my car and my wallet!

I was recently driving down Providence when the sensor came on letting me know I had low tire pressure. I pulled into the parking lot of Queens Crown and an employee was outside. He immediately asked how he could help. When I explained what happened, he directed me to a certain place in the parking lot and checked the air in every tire. He then had me restart my car to make sure the problem was fixed. He didn't charge me, have me get out of my car or anything. I was in and out of the parking lot in less than three minutes. I will definitely be giving them my business in the future!

Awesome service! Great family run business. My entire family has gone here for years and they know all of us and our cars. Great for NC inspections, new tires, or a full-service fill up/fluid/tire check before long trips. Honest and friendly business!
