The transaction was simple & clear. No heavy salesmanship. Xavier was well-informed & patient with all my questions. The price was exactly the same as at Home Depot but a much more pleasant experience. Delivery & removal of old fridge all went completely smoothly. My go-to for appliances in the future!

QC has always had great service offered from Rick Webb, Kevin and the other guy. That and their selection of merchandise always bring me back to QC when I must make an appliance purchase. Their prices are competitive and they help me make the most logical decision for my home. Great service and support after the sale are more important than ever before in the economy we face today.

I called Queen City and had the pleasure to speak with Rick. Our refrigerator broke that morning and we were in desperate need to find a new one as soon as possible. Rick helped me right away and had the most positive attitude. My refrigerator was delivered later that day! What wonderful customer service! We have used Queen City before and we will use them again.

Purchased a new GE dishwasher from Queen City Appliance. Got it delivered, hooked up and washing like a "champ". So far so good. Looks like we will like the new addition to the family.

I had a refrigerator delivered May 14. I was very impressed with the delivery guys. They were polite, careful and considerate of my home, as well as, efficient and helpful.
Also, I can't say enough about Courtney in Customer Service. She is friendly, knowledgeable and definitely goes above and beyond for QC customers. In other words, she is amazing.

Competitive pricing and was able to deliver a refridge next day where other big box stores were going to be about a week. Delivery was quick and professional. Highly recommend!

What a great experience I had at Queen City! Kudos to my salesperson Angela who after hearing my need for a next day delivery washer made it happen, even though I got to the store past the time required for next day. The delivery guys were on time and got the job done quickly!??

I purchased a LG ventless washtower (w/d). The delivery team was not familiar with ventless dryers so I had to explain how to install. They did not bring 2 needed parts for the dryer (they didn't know it until I pointed it on when they were trying to leave). They put in a request to get the missing dryer parts and turned on the washer and left. The washer leaked immediately. So now have to wait on 1) service appt for leak and 2) delivery team to bring missing parts (2 separate appointments for a unit 2.5 hours away from me). Can't get sales or customer service to return a call. Will update if there is resolution but as of know I can not recommend Queen City.

When I was having trouble trying to schedule service on our Maytag washer from the location in Winston-Salem I purchased it from, I was instructed to go online. That turned out to be a nightmare. I called back and reached Kevin by accident. He was very helpful and got out service appointment done quickly.

Cam , You were very nice, but i wish you had told me about the pick up of the old range price. I wasn't very happy about the delivery, my range isn't level but please don't send the same people out here again, You need more people who care about others. thank you Mary Willis
