The place looks a bit outdated compared to other storage facilities and has severe pot holes around the entrances. They also randomly increased my monthly rate with no explanation. I have an indoor climate controlled space and have noticed a few bugs around the facility but none actually in my storage. My items are secure but not accessible 24/7.

DO NOT MOVE INTO ONE OF THESE STORAGE UNITS! My storage unit was broken into and after filing a police report the police officer informed me that 20+ units was broken into but the company was unable to get ahold of anyone. No one contacted me to inform me that my storage unit was broken into and my items were stolen. Instead, they locked back up my storage unit and now I cannot get ahold of anyone. The main door lock was removed and they still haven’t replaced it. No wonder someone was able to break into 20+ units. They are negligent please put your items somewhere else!UPDATE: nothing was resolved even though my unit was broken into and no one contacted me. I spoke with the manager and she was trying to blame me and told me to pay for the month. They could’ve at least took care of the balance. Also, DO NOT get the orange door insurance they are just as useless. I haven’t spoken to anyone even though I put a claim in October and we are now in December.Hopefully this helps someone else because this is a nightmare. If you have items here MOVE THEM people are able to get in without a code & have a good lawyer because it can potentially be an inside job.

terrible location & units!!! water leaked into our unit & damaged our items. my husband went to check on the unit out of the blue and all our stuff was damaged. it was easy to get in touch w someone that day bt ever since its been a struggle. the manager Brenda was never available so i had to speak w another lady. we were told WE had to move all the stuff out on our own dime, couldnt dispose of on their property even though it happened their. Theyn refuse to refund the money we just had paid and required us to pay for another unit!!! as if it was our fault they had a leak. they swore they couldnt look at it or fix it until we moved our stuff out. Im quite sure it still hasnt been fixed nor were the other units notified in fact they were actively locking ppls out of the storge instead of checking to see if there stuff has been damaged!!! i highly do NOT recommend

I been at this storage for about 1 month haven't had any problems yet. My storage was a little dirty but we clean it.But I never can get in contact with anybody at the office??

Terrible Terrible customer service. Will not do prorated rent which is robbery in itself. Cannot get ahold of the people here ever. If you want a good storage place go somewhere else. Not even real people on property to assist.

We rented this at this storage unit out of desperate need to move our belongings from a bad roommate situation. Ever since we've signed up with PS- there has been issue after issue after issue. First of all, we had trouble accessing the property upon arrival. Then, a month after leaving our belongings in storage, we found a large portion of our clothes and belongings had water damage and mold due to a hole in the storage unit ceiling. The on-site manager Marqui told us to just file a claim, but did not offer us a new unit on the spot. We never heard back from orange door insurance regarding our damaged items. For two months following that, we tried to get in contact with anyone that would be able to help. The general customer service line gave me contradictory information over and over again until I finally reached Honesty (I don't even remember how we got connected but she was great). We refused to make payments on a unit when we had property that was still getting damaged. Honesty finally had the regional manager Brenda give me a call to get our situation handled. Initially Brenda was very helpful in getting things situated in terms of adjusted pay and getting us a new unit. We stated we wanted to vacate but still had charges to our account that should have been altered. I was trying to get in contact with the location for some time, but no response- as per usual. Finally earlier this week, Marqui contacting me about the unit and to make sure everything was settled in terms of vacating and when it was, we tried to contact him in person and over the phone have yet to have receive a response back. I contacted Brenda again, who this time was pretty hostile as if I wasn't willing to pay whatever charges would incur for not vacating on time. All I needed to know was if the late fees from September and October were removed. Overall- this company sucks, their unit sucks, their customer service sucks. Life storage is the way to go it seems.

This uhaul company is absolutely horrible. Not only is the U-Haul company horrible but their insurance is horrible as well. I had a storage unit for 2 years.I rarely went there, for being such a long time customer my repayment was their employees going through my stuff and taking what they want. I called the police and made a police report unfortunately nothing can be proved because they run their security tapes on a two-week loop. That's not even a mention the stuff that was left was ransacked by mice and rats. I highly advise you to go to a different storage unit U-Haul's customer service wasn't helpful and a didn't help the police either. It really sucks doing when you're buying a new house to come get your stuff out of storage to find all the good stuff is gone and mice and rats have been eating the stuff that's left that they didn't want.

The only reasons I'm allowing for two stars is the ease of completing the initial reservation and lease signing online. When it comes to actually locating and relying on a human to contact in person, as well, having done what should have been done according to the notifications you receive, I would assign zero stars. There is no one onsite for this location; you have to rely on a nearby site to for any contact. The small front office has an online kiosk inside where you can reach out to someone. It's literally 120 degrees inside. I completed all paperwork and payment online and was notified days before I arrived, all was ready. I showed up with a full rented moving truck and there was a blue lock on my unit still. After going to the little front office and figuring out the contact site nearby to contact, they had closed 20 minutes before. Although, access to storage units was still allowed for several hours. The online rep stated I would have to wait til tomorrow. My truck rental was due back so I had to pay for an additional day. Arrived first thing the next morning at the nearby site to speak with someone and did. She was to follow me to my unit after printing off some paperwork. Waited an hour and she still hadn't shown up. Called and left messages over and over only to have her finally return my call and tell me she lost her keys and was going to give me another location to contact to hopefully get me in. I kept asking if they knew I was going to call and the rep kept cutting me off and just tried giving me a telephone number until she eventually just hung up on me and wouldn't answer my call backs. Had to go back to the little front office to talk to online rep. There are notices inside scattered about from the city for violations due to not maintaining weeds etc. and understandably so. It is a wreck. Online tried to contact the rep that hung up on me, no luck. As well, the district manager. No luck. Left vm for DM to contact her and I requested they contact me as well. I never heard from anyone. After all of this, I see the nearby location rep from earlier drive in the gates and a few min later, see her starting to leave. I walk out and she said she took the blue lock off and left me a lock (I had already paid for) inside the unit. We were pleasant then and I apologized for my frustration, in which she apologized for her attitude and we parted ways. I wouldn't even be mentioning our encounter had some effort been shown to let me know her keys were lost earlier and had she exhibited some effort in trying to get someone else to help me, rather than just giving me a number to pass it off to. We all have bad days and things happen but every part of this was a nightmare and a touch of customer service would go a long way. I ended up unloading and finally returning truck, late. Incurring more costs not my fault. Again, have yet to hear from anyone regarding. And, not holding my breath.

Super easy to set up over the phone. Katrina was a huge help and manages the property very well. Katrina also went above and beyond the usual customer service I could ask for.
