I ordered EVP for my kitchen remodel. Floor turned out beautiful and the material is amazing. Liked the results so much I just placed an order for the same plank for the rest of the house. Todd (Sales Manager) is great. I strongly recommend ProSource of Charlotte for any flooring requirements.

I was shopping for some unique bathroom tile for my renovation. I had searched the internet high and low only to find false phone numbers, out of inventory, or the tile had to be special ordered. Lot of hoax going on out there. I made phone calls to places that immediately I could tell the CSR was ignorant of the business they supposedly were in. Watch out for those “super stores”. What a crock.
Anyway I decided to call locally Prosource of Charlotte. Todd answered and immediately the professionalism was evident. He said let me see if I can find the three tiles you are looking for. Not only was he able to locate the tiles but his prices were on the money. In 15 minutes I had my tile secured, a well prepared estimate made, and the deal paid for. Todd took care of my business and saved me time and money. I will recommend Todd to all of the subcontractors I run in to. You can count on that. Thank you!

Sam, Lisa and Todd were exceptional. I ended up buying my cabinets from here and they were packaged great. Waypoint was the brand I ended up selecting. They do come assembled and all cabinets are soft close.

Awful experience. I have been working with Britney and Ruben James for over months on the kitchen cabinet design emailed Drawings multiple times that were wrong and could never get it right. This is for a rental property and they have cost months in lost of rental income because they could never get it right. Advise everybody stay away from this company if you live in Charlotte NC you have been warned.

I have been working with ProSource and my account manager for years. Here for the past couple of months this new person (Sam) has been working with my customers and cutting me out of my referrals. When my clients called in they ask for my person and they get told that this other person( Sam) will work with them and not transfer to my person. This happened before with Carla and Shawn and now Sam. It seems that there is no training or policy’s when it comes to new people. And it is bad business to steal from people!

The worst experience I have ever had. I was told to proceed with cancelling an order because it did not arrive when I was told it would and that I would be refunded if I ordered directly from the supplier instead. 30 days later I noticed the charge was still on my account and kept calling everyday for a week straight only to be told I would receive a call back and instead kept being ignored. I finally got through to the manager Todd and was told never mind we can't do that because their vendor changed their mind. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer. We are wrapping up a home renovation and have been asked by people where I would recommend, this will definitely be one I will warn friends to stay away from.
