Should be called Crime storage thefts all over that place and they Don't hold themselves accountable for anything watch out when the ask you to bring proof of insurance because your insurance will have to cover if theft happens camera are no good they may as well leave the gates open at all times

Had an amazing experience with the site, the guy at the front desk went over and beyond to get me in at a lower rate. He also took the time to make sure the location of the storage locker was suitable for me which I really appreciated. This is my first week living in Charlotte and these guys have made the transition so easy. Will definitely be back!

I am writing this to WARN THE PUBLIC*******BUYER BEWARE**********
This storage facility has been a hotbed for crime, burglary, robbery, living quarters for random people. THIS IS AN UNSAFE FACILITY.
I have been burglarized TWICE while using this facility and the company has been notified. They are NO HELP by having less than a less than secure facility, failure to improve and keep fancy update to keep customers items safe, and they are also no help after the burglaries occur as the cameras are non functioning. At this point it appears as though ITS AN INSIDE JOB!!! Of course you want faulty security measures in place that you refuse to improve upon IF YOU’RE THR ONE STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS.
*****DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY!!!!*********
They continuously increase rates but do not improve facilities to go along with increase all the while stealing or being complicit in the stealing of customer items. Police reports have been filed but I just do not want any one else to have to experience the losses that come along with storage items at this facility.
RVs, trucks, vans, trailers are NOT SECURE OR SAFE outside at this facility.
Don’t waist your time as there are plenty of other viable competitors/options in the area that care about their customers and work to keep their customers belonging safe. People trust facilities with their belongings and this is not the place that takes that trust seriously.

I’m very satisfied with the way the staff responds when I had questions or concerns. Blake is an awesome manager that stays with you all the way through the process of getting in and feeling secure. I appreciate his professionalism and communication with me as I moved in . The Prime executives should be proud to have this guy. ???

Owners sell refrigerators and appliances out the back of the facility. They sell them and they do not work. After the sale they blocked me so i could not contact them.
