“I cannot say enough good about this post office, I drive a long way to get to this post office but it saves me time once I get there. Tyesha is the attendant at this station and she is smart and knowledgeable and will always advise you on the best, fastest, or least expensive way to mail your packages. At Easter she actually helped me mail baskets to my grandchildren across the country and knew exactly the packaging I should use. All the little pieces arrived in tact! I was very grateful. When I need help mailing a package, this location is always my first choice.”

“I received very excellent service at this location. I had a package that was about to be returned to sender, that I was worried was not going to make it to me. I was helped at the front desk by a very kind person and my issue was solved that morning.”

I wanted to send a package via UPS to Poland where my son is, and it was very expensive, according to them, normal mail would cost me half the price.
We tried, and they tell me that it is not possible, that there is no connection, that they are not getting there because of how close it is to Ukraine.
Well, I sent it to them for $633.00.
But in 2 days my package arrived at my house, which for some reason they couldn't send it, (I'm still fighting for my refund)
Well, the following Monday I go to my Post Office, and they tell me that they have special prices for the Military, I send the same box, with the same weight, for $20, and cents.
It's not even $21, it really surprised me.
AND I THANK GOD, AND THE GOVERNMENT, WHO SUPPORT THE MILITARY, AND THEIR FAMILIES.”
“I had excellent service here. Post that says "place is sketchy" makes me think that person isn't comfortable around working-class people! There is a 7-Eleven next door, but that establishment mainly had folks getting gas. Post officer greeted me when I walked in and was upfront about what stamps were available. She even helped me decide on stamps given that the ones I wanted, Edmonia Lewis, had sold out twice already. Also it is easy to access the parking lot from either side of the street. Did I mention that there was no lines?”
“My priority 1-day package was delivered to the wrong address and a woman named Reginea(sp?) took the time to go to the wrong address, get the package and bring it back to me. I would give this young woman a raise. Above and beyond to care for me. I thought it was lost for good. So thankful ”

Thank you!They were listed as “open” online, but when I arrived, there was a small note written in pen that they are closed daily from 12-1 for lunch. I was in the parking lot for only 5 minutes and saw 4 other people walk in and immediately walk out. Please list this on your website if these are your hours.”

The line here moves pretty quick for a USPS.

“I usually drop off packages at self service or at the counter, but I needed to mail a passport application. Something caught in my throat, & I started coughing. I believe her name was Lauren, the USPS worker who was helping me with expedited shipping. She calmly handed me a bottle of water from a 6 pack at her desk, let me catch my breath & went back to helping me. She was very sweet to my daughter as well. Great service, with a smile & no judgment for coughing (coming out of the past 3yrs when you'd feel like a leper if you coughed in public).”

“Although this post office is woefully understaffed, the people are quite efficient and helpful. I had mistakenly sent a package to my old box that had been closed but Kay was able to intercept it for me. Thank you for a great experience!”
“Not sure if things have changed, I recently came here for a simple change of address and worked with a Ms. Laurie on Thursday at about 9:10am and she was great!!! She apologized for the wait, smiled and asked how I am doing. She showed great customer service kindness and professionalism. The wait was a little long and I wish they had more employees in the front but besides that. My time here went well.”

One of the sweetest, most accommodating people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting in this job. Not only extremely professional, but amazing at her job.People this nice are a rarity in this line of work. If someone in management sees this, PLEASE reward this employee somehow. Natasha is what every employee should be when it comes to interacting with people she works with.I never leave reviews unless it's special, and this person made my tired day very special.”
“I’ve seen a lot of the reviews here but decided to go in away… if anything for the hilariously ridiculous customer service experience. However, the woman at the front desk was pretty nice and helpful. She handled multiple customers with ease and good communication. She was a light skinned black woman upper 20s low 30s maybe, for recognition purposes. They must have made some good changes here.”
