This is my first time at this location and we waited in the drive throughFor 20 minutes, as we were waiting we ordered on the mobile app. When we got to the speaker they said they don’t accept online orders through the drive through so we had to go inside and waited an additional 20 minutes because our order wasn’t ready. They ran out of fires, and everything else under the sun. Staff was unprofessional, talking about customers to each other while there were customers inside.

I went to the drive thru. I ordered a 2pc dark combo. They gave me the smallest leg that they had and a wing. The meal was $10. I tried calling the store repeatedly with no answer. I won't go back at all unless they refund me or redo my order to compensate for this overpriced kids meal that they gave me.

Bathrooms disgusting, dining room disgusting. I ordered a 5 piece tender meal and a 3 piece tender meal. Got outside and my 3 piece was regular chicken. I went back inside to get the order corrected and they said they didn’t have anymore strips. So instead of them telling me that before I ordered they thought it was okay to replace it without telling me. I said well give me a refund, the guy in the orange shirt with dreads said I don’t know how. He looked like he was new so I’ll give him a pass today. This is unacceptable, I blame the manager for not handling the situation. Now I have food that my younger child will not eat and I have to go to another restaurant to get him food. I spent $27.37. I need Popeyes to get it together. I drove 20 minutes for this disappointment and want corporate to contact me immediately.

I visited your store at 4422 Sunset Rd, Charlotte, NC 28216. Order 2 separate orders for myself and grandson at the window. We could smell marijuana. He ordered the 3 piece strips, Mac and cheese and dr. pepper. When you opened his order at home. The cashier forgot to put in order in the bag. My nephew returned to the store and now the restaurants were out of the strips. The kitchen was clouded from the marijuana. The employees were definitely high. The employees were smoking in the restaurant. I will never visit this location.Parking: fine

This is at least my 3rd visit to this location each time the experience is really bad . The first time forgot my order of shrimp , I had my receipt to show I paid still had to wait and received horrible service.Every employees attitude here stinks , the other visits each time no strawberry biscuits . The young man taking my order his appearance was not the cleanest and immediately turned my stomach . This is my last chance giving this location a try !

Service was a bit slow but the food was warm and tasted great. They were out of any drinks besides water and lemonade, which is an upcharge despite not offering anything else. The restaurant itself is dirty and when I tried to use the restroom, it was pretty nasty, dried urine all over the toilet seat and all around dirty with no soap to wash your hands with. If I returned to this location, I'd probably use the drive-through instead of eating in for the reasons stated above. If you're looking for good food to take home/eat elsewhere and you're not in a hurry, then eat here.

How can a place offer a combo but only have drinks available that have an up charge. You would think they would offer a small in the combo without up charging you. Seems like a lack of proper management training.

I ordered thru the app and it was a bit of confusion with the order placed. Long story short the manager came from the back reviewed the printed receipt and was like sorry yeah you have to contact support about the issue. So I’m a bit confused cause I can see on my end that I ordered popcorn shrimp meal with fries, drink and to bring my amount to 15$ I ordered 3 strawberry biscuits. I received everything but the popcorn shrimp. I could not believe that this lady was going back and forth with me about this issue for a good 10-15 minutes. She then calls someone on the phone gets off the phone and for 5 minutes explain to me how she was gonna make everything fresh and honor the order and if I could give them 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ she’s new at the location and she trying to bring the store value up. Food wasn’t even fresh that’s a whole conversation itself? Lady you lost a customer and got the review you asked for, cause had you just brought the great customer service that they pay you for, I would have been glad to shout you a great review. Thank you hope all works for you all cause this location need a whole new team.

This is why I rather eat at home. No one is wearing gloves in this store, it literally someone vaping on the line blowing the smoke on the chicken under the heat lamp. I knew I had no business walking in there cause I figured I would see something that made me cringe.
