The manager at the delivery location IN Charlotte was great as well as the driver who picked up and dropped off my pod however the company is horrible. I didn't sign a contract I was unaware of and never told about over the phone while talking to the phillipens with language barriers. They canceled my shipment and it was delayed 10 days. Then I had fraud on one of my credit cards on my trip across the US and they canceled my delivery date again delaying it for another 5 days with no compensation.

They do not deliver on the date as promised. If you want your pod on time as scheduled it’s not going to happen.

Antywone went above and beyond to ensure that my POD was safety placed and worked in a tight construction zone. I appreciated his checking to make sure I could open the door and that he kept me informed in all aspects of the delivery- particularly the timing was perfect. What an asset to your company!!

PODS was a great service from the first call to the final pick up. Accommodating, communication and action, easy to use and reasonable price. Highly recommend.
I’ve used them twice from Florida to South Carolina and then from New Jersey to South Carolina.

All the PODS professionals were great to work with, very knowledgeable and helpful. The containers were picked up and delivered as communicated. I used PODs recommended loading services and the containers were well packed with very little damage.

Pods service in Ohio was 5 Star plus!! In Charlotte we had amazing drivers... but, we had someone in customer service actually lie to us about our delivery arriving on the scheduled day, only to discover on delivery day, that the storage facility had an issue, and was not able to delivery on our scheduled day....We had never been contacted about the change...we had movers scheduled for that evening....Their lack of communication, lies, cost us additional money !:(

The initial delivery at our old residence was great. When we got to the Charlotte market area that’s when the trouble began. I was told the first pod would be picked up before or at the time the second pod was delivered. It was not. The second pod was left out in the street over a foot from the curb. The next day they picked up pod number 1 and moved pod number 2 into my driveway and then charged me over $200 to move it. Their screw up and I had to pay for it. The call center makes promises that the local market offices do not keep. Go with another company if you can. The drivers will even tell you the call center makes promises that cannot be kept. Stay away from PODS.

I would not recommend PODS to anyone. Had issues with billing and payment posting and my stuff was broken in transit. It was then not covered by the insurance they provided so it was a total waste of time and money.

Absolute nightmare company. Customer service is terrible. They use roll up doors even though your stuff will shift inside the container, causing the doors to become stuck. Then tell you that no one can come out to help open for an entire week… for absolutely no reason. After paying $3500…Do yourself a favor and get a moving truck

Using PODS was wonderful to handle the majority of items that I needed to store onsite in between homes. They were very clear about placement of the PODS unit, and you can call them should you have any questions or concerns. Thank you for your efficiency especially for a first time PODS user such as myself!

Charged me 2000$ than didn’t move my pod to the correct warehouse so I was than I at my new place for a week without anything and of course their investigation team said they did nothing wrong this company is a joke. Wouldn’t never use it again and wouldn’t recommend them even if I got paid
