Very good experience! I came to this branch to fix an issue with my online account. I got all the help I needed from two wonderful people: Maria Zambrano (Branch Manager) and Jose Vela. They were both courteous, friendly and professional.

Don’t use PNC bank! The employees there are not professional, competent and caring for their clients people.

Say that you are closed for Pete's sake!I am a new customer and would really appreciate it if this bank put forth the effort to update locations found online and accurately marked as open or closed. Would keep from wasting time.

1 name, Nicholas Thomas. We walked into the wrong branch (GPS error), turned out to be the "right" branch. Now because of our interactions with Nicholas this branch will be my preferred and first destination to handle banking financial matters

Banks are banks. This one is as good/bad as the rest. My advice would be to never use their pop money transfer feature.

This is the worst bank ever. I opened my account with this bank to run away from the big banks and this is even worst. A banker named Natasha opened my account and messed it up which resulted in a hold on my account and now I'm unable to use my own money. Customer service is lousy. I wouldn't recommend this bank even to my enemy.

Bank branch at Providence and Ballantyne Commons. Very efficient and friendly staff. No drive thru is the only complaint I could think of !
