This branch is absolutely worthless. Can’t deposit a check or cash or pretty much do anything at this branch. Apparently the teller counter is closed for good. They should just close this branch completely. Frustrating that I drove over here for them to just give me directions to get to another branch.

Don't think that you can go into this bank and see a teller or deposit checks. This is just a financial institution with no customer service aspects whatsoever. I just became a PNC customer to only think I need to close my account

I had an extremely frustrating and exhausting experience at this branch. I simply needed a couple of bank statements. I would have been more than happy to receive them electronically. Instead I wasted an hour and a half of my life having them printed out at this branch since they refused to provide them electronically. The branch manager and teller were extremely unhelpful and rude to me. I realize that this printing fee is probably corporate policy but nonetheless paying $55 for a couple of printed statements is absolutely insane. I feel as though I have been ripped off. Given how discourteously I was treated and how incompetent the branch staff was I would not recommend that anyone do business here. Any other bank would have provided me the statements on a phone app for fee. Adding further insult to injury, the branch only accepts cash for this fee and was unable to provide me with a time when it could be completed. Moreover this apparently can only be done on Fridays. This is the most comically sloppy service I have ever experienced doing banking at any other company.

Vicki Mangano branch manager claimed that they could not cash my large charcoal because it could not be verified with the corporation that issued it and because I am a non-PNC customer. Even though the corporation has their PNC account number clearly listed on the check. Mind you the neighboring vehicle (Caucasian lady) came as a non-PNC customer with a very sizable check and received over 95% in cash during her transaction. I am on the phone with corporate as I type this.

Do not ever bank with PNC Bank they can't even cash a $5000 check they say they did not order any money for the weekend and it's Friday

Walked in today for a check and a lost card problem. Bridget provided the best customer service the moment I stepped in the bank. Everything was resolved and i felt taken care of. Thanks for your great customer service Bridget!

I went in today to cash my savings bonds. I went up to the counter and filled out the back and after I finish doing so the teller tells me that i am going to have to make an appointment to get them cashed because it's going to “take too long†because hey are short staffed. I ask how long, she says only no a few minutes. A confused look comes on my face. I look around and I'm THE ONLY PERSON IN THE BANK, and no one was at the drive thru window. There are 3 workers I can see (not I closing those in office, that u could not see butnik sure there was someone). I spent my lunch break going to a bank for them to tell me they couldn't perform their job due to PURE LAZINESS. Will never return.

I am not satisfied with PNC Bank. Their app is poor, fees high, services limited. People who work here are good workers, but they deserve better... Closing my account and have regrets I opened it.
