I’ve been with this bank since 2016 and my experience has been very positive. The staff has been very friendly whenever I’ve had to go inside the bank. The managers have gone over and beyond their service when I needed something explained or help with an unusual (for me) transaction. I’m very supportive of their online services. I’m very pleased with this branch of PNC.

Noone picks up the phone when you call. This is the only branch I've had this problem. Also, the outside ATM has been out of order for weeks.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for the service provided by Kendra Morgan. I had to visit the bank twice for transactions and was served by Ms. Morgan both times. She has a bubbling personality and addressed my needs efficiently. She went above and beyond by matching me with a very efficient loan officer. I highly recommend asking for Kendra the next time you need an appointment. She’s the best!

I haven't been to this branch since the day I opened my account a decade ago. Not sure about the other reviews but the customer service was fantastic! Kendra Morgan greeted me with great energy and a smile right when I walked in (and on a FRIDAY!) and handled all my needs promptly. Very much appreciated!

Been with this bank 6 plus years. I always make cash deposits and have my check directly deposited into my account, never not one issue. The moment I need to just cash my check the company can’t do it because I dont have the exact funds in the account to cash. That’s unfair to the consumer all the way around. If I bank with you all and have active deposits and not in the negative there is no reason as a loyal consumer I should have access to cash my check and have funds readily available. Very disappointed and felt very discriminated! If I have an active account not in the negative no reason I shouldn’t be able to cash my check.

I’ve had nothing but a good experience in this branch. My case was handled by Christian Carney and he was wonderful and helpful. I keep back 3 times to fix some stuff and he has always been pleasant and professional.

Customer is not good at all. They have to train these people better. When I first walked in there was a black foreign lady who was extremely friends but the guy (or girl) couldn’t tell at the front needs to work on their customer. I received what I came for but doubt I’d ever go to this location again. I mean chewing gum, texting or doing something on the phone, no eye contact, no hi how are you when I walked up. He provided what I needed but so unprofessional. Please train your employees.

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, please disregard the negative and bad reviews/comments! I had an amazing experience with opening a checking account! They were incredibly helpful and trustworthy. So happy that I came across with this bank!

Without a doubt, this is the best bank branch of any bank I have ever been to! Every single person who works there is friendly, helpful and kind. I had a complicated issue that took several visits. They were always welcoming and bent over backwards to help me.
