Total disaster, bad bank, bad service, terrible service... I got to change my check or they wanted to change it because supposedly there were no funds and if I wasn't a customer it couldn't be changed then I told them I was going to open an account, I showed them my ID and they still couldn't do anything, supposedly because of my country of origin. It was a disaster. I asked then when they could have it available The money was in their funds and they told me that they did not know and could not tell me that there would be that amount of money in any branch, I clarify that it was not much, in short, they did not want to make me a customer nor did they Cash my check, so it's disappointing to be subject to them on something that belongs to me

Just open my account, but had a bad first impression at this location. Hopefully this particular interaction doesn’t reflect the entirety of the bank

Staff gave wrong information about savings accounts limits and interest rates. Lack of concern for customer's time and money.

I am frustrated with the lack of information that the bank employees have. I needed documents notarized. First the guy who made the appointment with me didn’t even show up to work but both he and his co-worker gave me wrong information causing me to scramble and pay to have my documents notarized. I’m already stressed with my cancer surgery it would be nice to know that the bank I’ve been banking with for over 10 years would care about its customers. New day and age.

Sarah Brogdon, branch manager senior, is exceptional, knowledgeable and very cheerful. Overheard all the staff checking in on waiting patrons and making sure everyone was helped. Great branch location. The bad reviews appear to be older so I believe management has probably changed or improved.

Absolutely horrible. I always have an issue here when cashing my check as a customer. Would not recommend

I will not come to this location again. I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. The lady told me she had 2 people to help in front of me. I waited there and watched them help 2 people who pulled in the drive thru after me, get serviced before me!!! Not to mention I was on a 30 minute lunch break!! Horrible service!

Terrible service and high turnover. Waiting 30 mins so far just to get a new debit card. No way to build a relationship because everyone is always new. Must be a terrible company to work for. The process now is scanning a Q code to get in line, to only wait for one slow person (who is also new) to help you, yet there are 5 other people standing around doing absolutely nothing. I use to love PNC but now not so much. Will probably close my accounts once and for all. I have 5 accounts with them plus my mortgage. Sad that they’ve fallen off like this. SMH

So I bank with PNC and deposited my check into my account where it was then cleared, I then came back the next day to withdraw some of my funds and they’re double verifying the check that has already been cleared. I really wouldn’t want to pull the race card here but why else would you have to wait on your “back office” to dispense my funds that are available. Kind of disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism at this branch. I was finally able to receive my funds however I’m not pleased with the service and the way I was treated!

ATM is basically always broken, I can never deposit money. Went inside one time to get a replacement card and the guy at the front didn’t even let me put in the pin to activate it. Learned the hard way by having my card declined and being on hold for 1 hour. Save yourself a trip and go to another branch.

I went to the branch around 2:00pm on 9/20/2021 and followed the instructions to check myself in to talk to a banker. Because of COVID protocols, the sign stated to stay outside and wait for a text. The automated text told me I was next in line and told me to stay in the area and wait for a text to be seen.At 4:25pm, I had yet to receive a message to come inside and talk to a banker. I don't know where the disconnect is, but if PNC has no qualms about wasting 2+ hours of my life, I don't want to see what they do with my money.

I went on a trip abroad for vacation and exchanged the USD to the foreign currency of the country I was going to with no problem. I asked if I had money left over could I exchange it back to USD back into my account. I was told yes, as long as it was $100 worth. I came back from my trip with foreign currency worth more than $100 and requested it be converted and deposited back into my account. After waiting an hour I was told that they won't accept the non standard foreign currency I had even though I got it from this branch. I was advised to go to Bank of America, Wells Fargo, or the airport to exchange my money. I ended up going to another PNC branch and they were able to deposit the leftover money I had from my trip back into my account.

Eric Lopez-Mora was AMAZING today. I went in anxious because I had to send a hefty check out for my wedding venue and really had no idea what to do. Eric was SO kind throughout the whole transaction. He let me know the best option of check to send out and triple checked it with me to ensure it was correct. Thanks Eric for all of your help!
