Owner of this establishment is very rude and has a problem with people parking in front of her establishment when there's no signs saying that nobody can park in front of her store...

Service is terrible. The owner is rude and doesn't stand behind his work. He messed up 2 of my garments and in which one I had never worn. Do not use them neither location Charlotte or mooresville. Went up on price and service is not worth itService: Laundry wash & fold

I have been using Plaza Dry Cleaners for several years. They provide quick turn around and are consistently good. Sherry is kind and thoughtful, often checking to make sure my clothes are processed correctly. I am very pleased with the service I receive here.

I would not recommend this location if it was the only one in my area. The customer service is horrible. The store manger Sherry Parker I believe her name is, is the most unprofessional store manager I have ever seen. They do a very poor job in cleaning your clothes. I have gotten items back disproportion and stained just like they were when I dropped them. today June 27, 2019 was my last day doing business with them, when Sherry basically told me it was my fault my shirt was ruined. Not sure how I never worked for them but she said it. When I asked for the manager she made it clear she was the manager basically like there is nothing else you can do. I then asked for the owner, she said he was out of town and had no idea when he would be back. He goes out of town and no one, including them knows when he comes back and they were not allowed to tell customers any of the owners information; no phone number, when he would be back etc.....so I was given another co-owner's info, Debbie Price.....it was the worse experience ever! Being a VET I have encountered allot of people dealing with dry cleaners all over but this today was the worse. If you like poor results and horrible customer service, this is your place.

I will never go back to this place. I dropped off 5 dress shirts and asked for medium starch. My wife picked them up yesterday and I can not believe how wrinkled they are. The shirts are brand new and they are more wrinkled than when I drooped them off! It doesn't appear that any starch was used. I can't take them back to have them pressed again because I am leaving on a trip tomorrow. Beware!

Saying I was disappointed by the customer service I received would be an understatement. I showed up with an above average order; I get that. Most people don't drop off 120 plus items for dry cleaning and I didn't intend on disrupting business with an order that size, but making me feel like I offended you by doing business with you is bad for business. While sorting through my clothes it isn't necessary to "hem and haw" like a child upset with a chore he or she was asked to perform. "I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER!!!" I've never been asked to turn my clothes inside out so that it's more convenient for the person processing the order, but I obliged, and as I helped, her pace seemed to slow and I was outworking her. I thought to myself... "I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER!!!" I don't change my own oil at the dealership, I don't wash my own car at AutoBell, I don't cook my own chicken sandwich at Chic-Fil-A. "I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER!!!" The icing on the cake for me is after the last "Hem and Haw" out of obvious frustration and after confirming that I've used this location you had the audacity to look me in the face and sarcastically ask, "You know you have to pay for this up-front don't you?" You looked me up in the system, meaning I've been here before. OF COURSE I KNOW!!! DID YOU THINK I DIDN'T HAVE THE MEANS TO PAY BECAUSE I WORE SOME SWEATS AND A WAVE CAP? Way to judge me. Had I not already started to ring up the order, I would've left. I was patient while I waited for you to get off the phone before you started to process my order. I understood that it may have been important to the function of the business. AS A CUSTOMER, I AM JUST AS IMPORTANT AS THAT CALL. I spent $310 and by the end, it felt like I left owing you something. I wasn't going to post anything, but I too am in the customer service business, and after I left, I felt like you needed to know that if you treat customers like this often, you won't be in business much longer. Don't let outside distractions keep you from offering the best possible service to your customers. Customers keep us going. They are the heartbeat of what we do, and who we serve. Never forget that. Attitude is everything.
