My salesperson Patrick wasn't pushy, listened to my needs, had valuable info, and got me a good deal. Washing machine was delivered promptly and the installer was nice too. Great experience and appreciate thier help. Would highly recommend.

It was a pleasure working with Mr Anderson to purchase the wall oven and refrigerator. He explained the different features, especially with the wall oven. The delivery and installation was scheduled and on time and efficiently completed. The installers were very pleasant and careful not to bump or damage anything.

My experience was absolutely amazing. My Dad and I were carful shoppers looking to upgrade 6 of my major appliances. We were blessed with the opportunity to partner with the very knowledgeable store manger and was also treated with meeting the CFO. The reason for my 4 stars is the fact that the store manger stressed for me to call him a week before my delivery date after 2 pm- I did. Regrettably he did not respond to voice messages and at 4 pm I learned he left for the day. I was so disappointed to say the least. I did however speak with the CFO after hours in which he order and delivery date. I was really hoping to have closed the confirmation with the store manager as relationships are valuable to me.

Awesome customer service. Wanted to take advantage of Labor Day sales but needed a later delivery to a house we’re moving into in about a month. Team was able to accommodate the request and made the process headache free!

My tenant called at 6:15 p.m. letting me know his oven was no longer working. By 7:00 p.m. I spoke with a salesman, ordered the oven and it was delivered 2 days later. That's excellent service at a great
price. Diane phoned a few days later to check and make sure everything went well. It was better than perfect!

Wade at Plaza Appliance saved the day by having a refrigerator ready to go for us when an emergency purchase was needed for our 95 year old mother. He was a life saver that day so that mom wouldn’t get so stressed out. Thank you!
