Members since the Ballantyne facility opened. Recently seeing facility maintenance decline. Messages sent to corporate Planet Fitness go unanswered. Wish local and corporate management would maintain the facility better.

Planet Fitness let's high school kids in for free during the summer. Over crowded with kids who were either sitting on the machines playing on their cell phones or running around socializing. It seems to have carried over into being a year round thing now!!!!!

Great place to work out! No contracts, can stop and not have to worry about cancellation. Has a crowd meter to keep me posted. Hassle free. I can go to my work out, use the machines . Staff is very helpful and friendly. Hours are great!!

Employee does not pay attention. Kept people waiting just because he is talking on phone. Its sad to see the priority is phone but not the customer who is in front of him.

This Planet Fitness is clean and the attendants are helpful and friendly. I am happy that whenever I go I am able to get on the machines and use the weights I want to use. I highly recommend this facility.

It sucks that they have those classes and they literally make you stop your workout to move to somewhere else. Also is always freaking crowded. If you can, go somewhere else. Lifetime was great I loved. Planet fitness sucks. Can’t wait to our house finish to use my own gym. Don’t recommend…………..

Convenient yes. Clean no. Absolute filth. And they keep advertising 24 hours x 5 days. Sorry but when you open at 5am on a Monday and close on a Friday night you can't claim Monday and Friday as 24 hours. So you're 24x3.

Always a great place to workout. Never too crowded and I am able to get in my routine with no problems. Very friendly staff. The equipment is kept up and the place is very clean.
