This location sucks. Every other PF i’ve ever been to I’ve been able to leave my helmet at the desk because it doesn’t fit in a locker and is very expensive Tonight I tried to leave my helmet at the desk and work out, and the googly eyed idiot working there would not allow me to do it and could not give me an articulable reason why. This is on top of parking being nearly impossible at this location this is the closest location to where I live, and it’s completely useless to me. Zero stars.

Planet fitness took money out of my account without my authorization. I had my monthly fee set up to come out of a specific account. When I went into the gym the customer service representative informed me I could add my debit card (linked to a different account) on my account to make it easier to purchase items. They debited money out of the wrong account and refused to give me a refund.

Super clean and convenient to being in the downtown area. Staff is great and it's not super crowded. No parking at the downtown location so you will have to pay to park

If you are looking for a gym in the uptown area, Planet Fitness is the way to go, it’s in the lower level of the U.S. Bank building. At first I felt hesitant to work out here due to the gym being in the basement, but honestly you can’t feel that you are in the basement. The gym is modern with great equipment. It’s usually never crowded, has showers and lockers. Opt in for the black card and for only $25 a month you can use any Planet Fitness in the country!

I typically go to other PFs or my apartment gym, so I have only been a few times. The entry into building is now easier than in the past. The staff was very friendly and the place was definitely clean. The hydrotherapy massager worked great. I would return next time I am Uptown.
My only 'complaint' is that there could be a little more open space for mats in the Abs area. It wasn't busy but I did feel like I was in the way, either in front of a door or in front of equipment. Not sure if that is any way around that with the layout.

Planet Fitness needs to be ashmed of themselves The Teenagers almost killed themselves on the bar lifting machine Its great they have a teen summer program but are you showing them how to use the machines correctly?

Great "private" feel and great new updated equipment. Staff was very helpful too.
