I have been going to Planet 21 since it opened, over 20 years ago. Char is the best stylist!! I have long, thick hair and she is an artist. Joanna does my color and highlights and she is the best!! Jordan is great as well. Joanna takes her time and listens to you and I get exactly what I want. I have recommended SEVERAL people over the years and they feel the same as I do-I will not go anywhere else!

Amanda is fantastic, HIGHLY recommend for color and blowouts. There’s no one better. I’ve been going to Amanda for years. I’ve lived in multiple cities and have gotten highlights in many salons in NYC, DC and Charlotte. Yet I always travel back to this Planet 21 salon location for highlights with Amanda. I even made a point to schedule Amanda before my wedding! My mom and aunt’s trust her as well! Never had a better color specialist.

Tried this place for the first time tonight. This place is wonderful . From the moment you walk in the door the girls at the front desk are friendly before I sat down they asked if I'd like a drink , the place is beautiful the seating area is comfortable ,it looks a bit upscale however the prices are reasonable especially for the service you receive . I admit I'm a tad picky about my haircuts so I was nervous trying a new place and new person .My stylist didn't disappoint she was great I love my hair , I will be coming back and telling my friends all about my experience as well thank you !!!!

Got a trim that was heavily needed as well as layers. Called in super last minute and they were able to fit me in with someone named Allison. They were amazing and they completely understood what I wanted! Love this place!

If you want to them to do the exact opposite of what you ask for. Spend a ton of money and look the exact same as when you went in then go here. My sisters and I visited here and not only did they not do what we wanted they raked both my sisters hair out leaving their scalps sore. This place used to be great. Blowouts are ridiculously overpriced. 70 they add on an additional 25 haut to curl your hair. You’re better off exploring other blowout options.
