Dr Greg Wood is an outstanding veterinarian. He is upfront and honest about your pets health. We had a geriatric cat that had become ill at the end of his life. He gave us the best advice and was very honest about expectations. He guided us through the whole process. All the way through to his final minutes. We are devastated but we knew what we were up against because Dr. Wood is honest and we were informed. You could not ask for a better veterinarian in the Charlotte area.

Dr. Elizabeth Brown is an amazing vet that has helped both of my dogs with serious complications as well as yearly check up visits. She is very knowledgeable, listens to concerns, approachable, and has a great love for animals. I 100% recommended her!!

If I could rate Dr Wood a 10, I would. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and up to date on all the latest meds and treatments. We have a very challenging 17yr old Bichon and he takes great care of her and our other dogs

We love Dr Wood! Very laid back, not pushy. Clearly explains issues/concerns and general health information to you. Easy to schedule and the always fax/email needed docs for boarding. Dr Wood has good calm energy with our big dogs! (Golden Retriever & German Shepherd)

The staff has taken COVID seriously to protect the clients as well as staff. It is well run and we always feel comfortable leaving our cats for care. All three had dental prophyllaxis on Tuesday and they were well cared for during and after. The staff always calls to follow up and that is most appreciated. All three are getting back to normal and are playing, etc. And they all have pearly whites now and fresh breath! Thank you, Piper Glen, for taking such good care of our fur babies!

Dr. Wood and Karen are the best!!! Dr. Wood takes the time to explain and answers all my questions. I never feel rushed. He cares!! The front desk are great!! Hold times can sometimes be a little long, but I don’t mind it. This tells me they are treating everyone with compassion.

Took my 2 dogs to piper glen and had physicals, They told me that Tiki had no health issues they also said Tiki had a slight heart murmur, well after that one night after that I had to take tiki to the vet emergency room, on the way tiki could hardly breathe, so the Doctor did all the tests and come to find out tiki slight heart murmur is on the scale as #5, #6 is death, tiki had to stay in the hospital for 2 nights and now is on a lot of many meds very expensive meds, and now many many doctors appointments, when I called to talk to the vet and left messages she ignored my messages only talked to me when I called told them I am not leaving another message I will stay on the phone, guess what she was available to talk to me funny how that works. And as for Dakota they said her liver Enzyme where a little off and just to watch her. Well guess what I took her to a different vet not her liver at all she has a large stone in her bladder, so now she on prescription dog food that 60.00 for a 6.6 bag that's a small bag. If the food doesn't help then surgery which will be 1200.00, I have paid about 3000 out of my pocket because of this place neglect. If you pet is your 4 legged child. DONT TAKE THEM THERE, THEY DONT CARE !!!!! It's all about money to them !!!!!!

I called here on Friday and made an appointment for my dog due to the fact there was an unidentified growth on her back foot, she was an extreme pain, it was bleeding and hurt her to the point that she couldn’t even walk very well. Due to the fact that I had work here prior and left, I was called and told by the manager Jessica,an hour later, telling me that I was not welcome there due to the fact that they felt ” uncomfortable”, she was very rude and extremely unprofessional

I take my cat here because it's close and convenient, but I have to say they are a sloppy practice. I have had multiple issues, most recently bringing my cat in for vaccines and a heartworm test. I filled out a check-in form prior to the appointment and told both the woman who I made the appointment with over the phone as well as the woman who took my cat inside that he was not currently on heartworm meds but I wanted to get him back on and to please perform a heartworm test. When she brought him back out she said they would call with the test results and offered me a 6 month supply of meds, which I purchased. The next day I received a call that they had performed a blood panel (they did not tell me they were going to do this) but failed to do the heartworm test. The blood panel is expensive and I should have been notified prior to it being performed, and now if the lab cannot perform the heartworm test on his sample I will need to bring him back a second time. He gets very stressed going to the vet and making a trip is not an easy thing to do. I am beyond disappointed. I used to go to a VCA in Alexandria, Virginia and they were absolutely fantastic. This location is unprofessional and sloppy. I will be looking for a new vet.

A bit disorganized front desk. Lots of turnover with the groomer so lots of inconsistency. Apparently when the groomers leave they take all of their notes on your animal with them so you have to start from scratch when they hire a new groomer. I found Dr. Brown to be too cavalier and imprecise about my animal's health. She didn't seem to take anything seriously. So I switched to Dr. Wood who is extremely knowledgeable, prepared, and caring.

Excellent vet office. We have been customers for 13 years and found them to be caring, professional and knowledgeable. I was particularly impressed with their attention to covid safety and care during Maya’s recent check up. Thanks so much.

We take both our little ChiChi mixes to the animal hospital at Piper Glen. The staff is very friendly and professional. The parents and the pets are treated with great care and kindness. The medical staff is very knowledgeable and the support staff makes each visit go well. Highly recommended

The vets and the assistants are great. But we had a horrible experience with one of the office staff. So rude and unfriendly. Truly bad customer service. It ruined our experience - left a bad taste.
