The Indian lady is rude and inconsiderate. I witnessed her greet clients who were white with the utmost courtesy. I am African American male & did not receive the same courtesy. i.e Please have a seat vs Take a seat. I watched others being greeted as they entered the bank and not one black customer was welcomed into the bank.

They were very nasty attitudes in this bank,I went two days in a row,Same attitudes, I tried asking questions,They ignored me not one day but both days,There was one Hispanic lady that showed some concern,The others were very nasty,I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this bank

Partner was told they couldn’t service his account and he needed to drive to the Ballantine location “where he opened his account.” Either terrible policy, or even worse customer service. Will be closing the account.

I have no idea what the hell is wrong with the other reviewer. How is a BNC bank responsible for a Pinnacle customer in everyway during a transition of that magnitude. Just ridiculous! I was a Wells customer for years and years, switched everything over. I have a number of personal and business accounts. The service is amazing, everyone knows my name, my wife's name, my daughters name and all my employees. If I have an issue they help me as a friend (it feels like) not just a customer! This bank is AMAZING!

They are awesome. Excellent customer service and get the job done! The people at this bank are amazing and know me by name. They always call back promptly when I need something over the phone and make accommodations as best as possible so that I do not have to enter the branch. Thank you to David, Keisha, Gail and the rest of the team for making me feel like an actual customer, not just a $.

this is NOT a functioning pinnacle bank. it takes 30 minutes to deposit a check for pinnacle customers . All I needed was a cashiers check and I've been here for an hour already. Even better they will not allow me to withdraw from my saving account because "we are still combining systems and can't verify your balance". I will be closing all Pinnacle accounts and I was a happy customer for the 7 years I lived in TN. Bank someplace else.
