Alan, the GM, is one of the most amazing men I’ve had the privilege of meeting. & the work they do is top notch! I’ve never felt safer in this rig!We had a tire blow out in our RV about 40 miles into our trip across country. Luckily they had the tires we needed and could replace all 6! We limped our way there to get the work done. They kindly opened their waiting room to us and everyone was beyond welcoming and kind hearted!We then found more issues that could not be done that day due to not having every part needed and the shop needed to close (it was 630pm which seems late to be open for any shop). We were able to sleep in our RV that night and as soon as we obtained the right parts, work was resumed!The people working here & Alan, especially, have restored so much of my faith in humanity.The love, kindness and empathy they have is immeasurable. I will forever be grateful. ❤️

Great place to take truck for repairs. Very friendly and timely ?. For once a truck repair shop that actually does what they say they do. Would recommend to anyone in the concord area needing tires or service.

Thoroughly impressed! This is my first visit here and it is refreshing to find a repair shop that seems to operate in a high ethical standard. Gordon, Megan, and Jesse made my visit worthwhile. They were courteous and professional. Jesse repaired my tire quickly and got me back on the road to pick up my load. It's good to know that they offer a host of services beyond truck tires. I highly recommend them!
