I purchased a car with Phil Jackson Auto Sales back in the day. I would say about year 2000. I can't remember the sales guy name as it's been over 20 yrs but he was great. Mr. Phil Jackson was great to talk to and Ms. Jackson was very understanding of my situation at the time. The car was a beautiful in and out 1994 Mazda 929 with about 110,000 miles. I kept that beauty for 7 yrs and traded it at another dealership with about 288,000 miles. I only replaced tires, spark plug wires and radiator in that 7 years. The car never looked like the mileage it had and was still beautiful when traded. It's always been my opinion and experience that Phil Jackson Auto sells quality reliable used vehicles. I wish them continued success.

We bought our daughter a car here because her car broke down while she was away at school. After we purchased the car she left directly to return back to school. Later that night we got a call from our daughter crying because her dry rotted tire blew out on the busy interstate. About 2 to 3 weeks later we get another call that the car has stopped on her. Towed the car to the shop only to leave with a $3800 bill because the motor needs replacement. A blown motor before we could even get the permanent tag back from the dealership to put on the car. We haven't even had any kind of offer to help make this right. I would suggest taking your money elsewhere.

From my experience it was horrible. I wreck my car a month ago so I don’t have transportation. I spoke with the owner over the phone regarding the Ford Fusion. She told me it was ok for me to come to test driver the vehicle. So I find transportation their. When I arrive they started acting strange. I explained to them I just spoke with the owner. So they said it’ll b ok for me look at the car. I asked to test drive the car because if I’m going to pay for a vehicle. I should be able to see how the car drives right? No, they told me because I didn’t have a car I could drive the car. However he could ride with me but I couldn’t drive the car although I had my driver’s license. I believe they racial profiled me.

This is like the 5 car i have purchased from jackson auto sales. I first bought a car from them when phil and brenda were running business. I have always been very happy with the vehicles and the customer service. When i am asked i always refer people to Jackson auto sales. Even my daughter's are looking at doing business with them. I am very pleased with the new car that i just purchased.

I bought 6 cars from this place always paid my loan off early. My truck caught fire it end up being a total loss . This truck was already sold to me way over book. I got the insurance to come up an extra 500 but Phil Jackson would not even try to help us out at all .. now we are going to speak with the banking commission and Predatory lending office to see if the rates and terms were in line.
