In Charlotte for the weekend and For a rainy Saturday store wasn’t as crowded as expected, went in to rent a bay for a hour and the guy says “ were only doing 30 mins today bud” first off I’m not your bud you don’t know who you’re talking too. You have a service screen that says 1 hour $25 if that’s what I want that’s what you should get. If renting a bay for a hour is an inconvenience(while your employee is ordering pizza in front of me) don’t offer the service and don’t make your own daily rules. The staff that I spoke with were friendly and helpful. Many thanks to Ellen who introduced my 7 year old daughter to the sport with zero prior experience. She also helped with suggestions on gear and possible locations where my daughter might get more play time.

Great big warehouse store that has everything you will need. Unfortunately, I spent over 45 minutes in this store and no one asked to help me. Very frustrating because I had a lot of questions but I felt invisible in this warehouse store. Sometimes bigger is not always better.

Dropped my brand new irons off to get re gripped. Did a great job on the grip, but somebody clearly hit my irons because they have never seen the course or range before. Was dispersion marks across the entire face of my 7 iron. Wouldn’t recommend.

I rarely post reviews but I’ve had such GREAT experiences at the PGA SUPERSTORE on Ballantyne Commons (Charlotte, NC) that it certainly deserves it! I went in 2 weeks ago and I had an issue with my Taylor Made Sim2 driver, Lee Marks was very helpful, courteous, and professional in the manner that he handled my issue. No hassles, and he went out of his way to help me! I certainly appreciate it, and it was during a time that I had bad customer service in other places (non-golf related). If you love golf and you are looking for a helpful staff please go this PGA SUPER STORE IN BALLANTYNE! Furthermore, I love the one year subscription for $150 for member services like 30 min practice sessions in one of their bays. On occasions, they extend my session beyond the 30 min limit. Wayne is the Golf God. Came in with some buddies looking to start up Golf. He went above and beyond not only helping us find the right equipment, but taking time to show us the proper way to swing play. Ask for him for any questions. He is the man!

Recently stopped by to get some golf shoes. Mike in club repair was very helpful finding the right pair and I ended up getting a golf bag as well. Very pleasant staff!

Mike in club repair is fantastic! If I walk in the store and he is not there I turn right back around. He is the only guy I’ll let work on my clubs in the CLT area.

Great place for all your golf needs! Every employee is helpful and knowledgeable. The guy who’s always doing the regrips has given me some great tips on how to correct my slice.

Low level of individual service. The store was so busy and not all employees were engaging customers. That left the few who were so busy it was difficult to get properly attended to. I tested a few clubs and decided on paradigm 3 x. Only to be handed a calaway 3, I ended up noticing and the sales person disappeared I found the rack and just picked up the club. I didn’t dare to ask about fitting the club and just made adjustments at home. The rewards points are also terrible I bought a full set of irons, a new bag, and the new 3 wood. I didn’t earn enough rewards to buy a decent box of balls and they expire. When I upgrade I’m going to go to golf Galaxy. Avoid this store if you want low service and little customer experience.

We spend thousands of dollars a year here and the one time we need to return something (bought a pair of shoes- $225) , 2 days and soles came apart. Obviously defective. They would not refund it and only offered exchange with difference with gift card. That’s pretty Poor. Why can’t I get the difference refunded??? I would understand if we had the shoes over 30 days. But 2 days. Come on. Must be a hard market that they need to keep every dime they make.

Nice store, a lot of options.No direct returns for shoes, regardless of time or wear. I get it, just a bit different from everywhere else that sells shoes.
