First time and last time for my dog. Several things went wrong. 1. I paid for individual lodging and the bronze package. My dog is not neutered so he is unable to lodge or play with the other dogs. I gave instructions to feed him once a day and provided 9 days worth of food for a 6 day stay. Upon picking up my pet, his blanket could not be found, his shirt had three punctures in it and he'd ran out of food by the fourth day. This lead me to believe the he was getting fed twice a day vs once as instructed and that he was not properly being supervised or cared for. My total cost was $398 with a discount of $43 for the first day as a new customer. In addition they advertise "Pawgress Reports" and camara's in the facility however, I had three people watching around the clock and not once did they see my dog nor did I receive a "pawgress report."

Gigi their trainer has been amazing in taking care of our Buckeye. She is transparent with us on what he needs while we are away and I know he is in the best of hands when working with her. Thanks a ton to Gigi and the rest of the team!

Both of my furry girls Bella and Sienna love to stay at the PetSuites; they enjoy very much their training sessions with Claire who’s helping them be much more obedient and well-mannered. Their staff is very attentive, personable, and caring. CLT Airport employees get a discount which makes dog boarding a bit more cost-effective given the nature of my job. I certainly appreciate having reliable, dependable boarding/doggy day care service I can count on. My only concern is the lack of consistency in their billing. I am getting tired of having to double check every invoice to ensure that all of the charges are accurate. I don’t have time to be following up on such discrepancies every time. I hope these system glitches are fixed promptly; nevertheless, I do appreciate their efforts in helping me take such good care of my beloved Bella & Sienna!!!

Lady & Blue loves this place at Pet Suites. Blue has to be boarded separately from Lady because of his anxiety. Lady is 18 & Blue is 7. Imagine that.

I am so impressed with the level of care and compassion my dogs received from PetSuites! While I was away, during one of their checks, they noticed my little one had an eye issue in one of her eyes. Karina took her to the vet at no expense to us. She told us that they take any eye or ear issue very seriously and that they only want the best for our pets. I cannot thank them enough. My daughter and I agree that their facility is so clean and well maintained which is another huge plus for us. We will be back for sure!! Thank you, Karina and Pet Suite employees!!!

I left my pet for 13 days at this location and I’m glad I did. They were very communicative and they listen to all my dog needs. Also the bather went an extra mile for my dog which I really appreciate. Thank you all staff of Pet Charlotte Airport

Aurora and Rico always stay there. Honestly this actual staff is so friendly and kind, more than those people few months ago, makes me feel confident. They always answer my phone calls and are very polite, giving me updates and very nice with some especial attention that my little dog requires. There’s a new young girl working there and her customer services is 10/10. I wish I have her name to put here.Thank you <3

We LOVE our friends at PetSuites. This location, specifically. They take such great care of all three of our dogs! The dogs get so excited when we pull into the parking lot. All of our little ones are rescues with one that has some serious separation anxiety. They have taken the time to get to know him, treat him with compassion, and make him feel safe. He’s quite the escape artist and even snuck up in the manager last week to lick her ankles! Winnie, Binx, and Max have great friends at PetSuites and we will always have people we trust with our little ones! Thank you for everything you do for us! We will see you again next week!

My friend and I had our dog and cat boarded here for only a week while trying to get them shipped overseas, as I am stationed there currently. For two whole days, not me or any of my family could call them to check on the animals as we did the previous days. No news, for two whole days I feared the worst about my animal’s safety and wellbeing. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT use this service. They will dodge calls, and be generally the hardest people to contact. I hope this post finds you ill, PetSuites, as you have not only lost a customer also lost the respect of every fellow service member I meet.

I had reservations for planned trip. I uploaded vaccine information from my vet 3 weeks prior to my reservation. 15 hours before my flight I find out that since the vaccine information had renewal dates and. It expiration dates they would not accept my documentation. Not only have I not gotten my deposit back but I would never ever recommend. My vet sent a note stating that the renewal dates were the expiration dates. I feel like this was fate and I and my baby dodged a bullet. Who know what might have happened if people are this ignorant.

I made a reservation for my two dogs in April 2023 for boarding for July 2-8, 2023. I literally am serious about where my dogs stay. I even went to visit the accommodations to make sure everything was fine. I asked the rep if they needed anything from me and she indicated that we were all set, this was in May. Well, I kept getting this feeling like something was wrong so I called it took literally a few days to reach someone, but that wasn't my issue I felt like maybe they were busy handling the dogs, so I was okay. When I finally got someone I was told that they were booked and had no room...I can't tell you what that did....I tried my best to not scare the person on the phone but I wanted her to know that I reserved this in April and paid the deposit and even came to visit...so she finally said that my reservation was canceled, WHAT this is literally three days before I am to fly out for a week. Haley the rep (not sure of her title) was very professional and worked with me and assured me that it was confusing but not to worry my dogs will be okay....I want to give a shout-out to her because I was not feeling good at all...not sure what happened but it's good now. Thank you so much, Haley, you are differently a life saver.

My pup is well socialized because of her attendance at PetSuites. When we walk in my neighborhood and encounter other dogs, she is happy and friendly. We opted for training sessions with Claire. She did an amazing job with Gogo. we get a written report as well as a video so that we can copy and practice the skills that Claire introduces. That is so helpful. We also get immediate feedback when we have questions. We love PetSuites!

Chemical used to clean kennel caused an allergic reaction( swollen testicles with open scabs)i was not notified of possible reaction. When I called manager on duty was real nonchalant about it. No online invoice or updates provided for my dog. When invoice was requested I was given the wrong price. Paying was not an issue , notification and empathy was the issue. And to tell an owner to wait and see if anything will happen to my dog was the stupidest thing the manager could have said. Do better!

We had to put my cat in boarding while we were getting work done at home. They sent us a picture and report card we added the plan to have them play with him and give him treats. It was really affordable and a nice clean facility.
