Very disappointed with the vet side of this location. The vet is rarely open and not available for simple yearly checkups. I pay monthly for total care but the hours they are open make it impossible to get there after work. Not worth the money I pay monthly to care for my pet.

I called this a.m. looking for a dog cone and Sam held 2 up front for me. Most importantly , she was friendly and happy to help which is extremely rare . EXCEPTIONAL customer service! I have never shopped at Petco but needed an emergency "cone of shame" to keep my dog from licking a wound. I definitely will return knowing Petco values the customer experience. Thank you!!!

Overall great experience! Very nice employees in the grooming department. Unfortunately my dog is frustrating when it comes to nail trims. Only thing I would ask is they consider discounting some of the service when a dog doesn’t utilize the complete package

Horrible experience. Called for cost of bordatella and was transferred to csr which is overseas. Quoted me price. Got to Petco and they had added exam fee. What exam? Was told csr are not allowed to quote pricing. Where did they get pricing from. Be accountable for overseas mistakes. Especially when you are aware there are issues. Scam

Of the local pet supply chains, this Petco had the best selection of freshwater plants by far. The staff was eager to assist me and took the time to make sure I got a healthy looking plant.

This Petco is horrible. Price at register never matches the price on shelf and always feel like I'm troubling someone. Five pets in my house I spend to much here just for convenience. I'm going to start driving the extra 4 miles each way to Petsmart.
