I will start off by saying I strongly dislike giving bad reviews, but this one is necessary. I made an in person appointment for my dog to receive a basic groom and was quoted a set price. Fast forward to the next day, I arrived with my fur baby and was first ignored by the lady at the desk, then when someone came from the back to finally greet us he informed me my price was going to have to be increased by $24 if I wanted my baby to be groomed due to him having black nails. I asked for more clarification and he repeated exactly what he'd said before in a more stern voice. Although upset, I held my composure when informing him I made my appointment the previous day while in person so I did not feel like the price should be increased due to my baby having the same black nails he'd had the day prior. He again repeated the exact same thing verbatim as before. I replied by telling him to just cancel my appointment because I did not feel his price increase or treatment of me was acceptable. I feel as though price gouging or upselling is highly inappropriate when dealing with fur babies and instead of accepting I was not ok with the price increase he decided to be rude which was completely unacceptable.

Jessica was beyond outstanding. I’m still in awe with the service she gave my fur babies. She was gentle with them and made sure I was satisfied with the service before I left. I will definitely be back

The receptionist at the grooming pretty much ignored me before I said anything. The whole grooming process felt very rushed and my dog came out looking scared and sad. I'm almost positive they didn't actually clean his ears or express his glands even though I paid for this, leaving his glands full for much longer than was healthy. I do not recommend.

Our little man looked so handsome when he arrived home. I love the report card because it gives information on how your pet reacted during his grooming. Thank you, Deshawn, for the perfect work on our Butch!

I’ve been taking my Maltipoo to Petco at the Metropolitan for dog grooming for the last few month and Jessica B. Not only gives a great customer service but she really is the best!Finding someone I trust is difficult and was the most important. I don’t know what happens after I drop him off (obviously) but she is always so sweet with him and she does a great job with his grooming… so when I pick him up and see that he is happier than when I wash him I know it was worth it and there is a level of care that I haven’t seen from other groomers prior.

I hope management sees this because there is a worker and his name is Josh who works there. Josh is a shining example of what customer service looks like. I do delivery work & don’t even regularly shop there. I am taking time out of my own shift to write these compliments about his service. I picked up an order months ago and than one today and immediately remembered him because how of big of an impact he had on me. That should tell you a lot about the type of person he is. If Josh hasn’t already got a raise or a nice fat gift card for appreciation he should.

I love that place they take their time to explain things to you and if you don't understand they would go the extra mile. The manager, he is awesome he is very knowledgeable.
