“This shop was 10/10.
I came in to primarily use the pet self wash service and out of all the self washes in CLT this has been the best one I’ve tried by far. Everything was provided for and very clean to use. the entire staff was so friendly too! I will definitely be back for the self wash service as well as the treats! they have many simple ingredient treats and kibble for your fur babies which I really appreciate! So happy I found this place.”

“Great Hollywood Feed location. I usually go to the one over in Prosperity Village, but I occasionally stop by this location if need be.
They have some INSANE sales on cat food going on right now (end of August 24):
- Buy 1, get 2 free on Acana 5.5 oz. cans of wet cat food.
- Buy 1, get 2 free on Orijen 5.5 oz. cans of wet cat food.
I asked the store clerk if either of the pet food manufacturers are going out of business, or if these cans are about to expire. Apparently neither is correct, though the cans of Orijen I purchased mostly expire in this coming November.
The store itself is clean and organized (I would expect no less from a Hollywood Feed!). The employee was friendly and helpful.
Cool location for the store, its surrounded by some fantastic restaurants and retail stores.
Got 42 cans for under $35! I certainly will be back one more time before these deals end.”
“I have been coming here with my dog for several years now, and it is one of our favorite places! Everyone who works here is so kind and knowledgeable, and Allie is instantly recognized and greeted with a treat (or more likely, treats). They have a great selection of high quality food, treats, and other pet supplies. We are so grateful to have Four Dogs in the neighborhood!”
“I called and ordered a cake for my girls 10th birthday. I sent my boyfriend to pick it up. We had to make a little modification at home to make the spelling correct for our pictures, but she loved it.The 13th Birthday cake was great, photographed perfectly and our girl loved it again!”

“The staff here is INCREDIBLY nice. The employee working with us let us know that the shop supplies their own-made dog food and I was really interested. I let him know that our dog has sensitive tummy issues and might not be able to handle the food, so I asked if they sold small sample bags to try out. He immediately said it was okay and that he would give me a sample to try and also reminded me to integrate it into my dogs food slowly to acclimate him! I thought that was so thoughtful of the employee and really made me know that he cared more about my dog's health rather than just a sale.The employee also let us know his favorite treats for hair and nail health, pointing us in the direction of some dried salmon bites and herrings! I got a couple of those to test out with our dog as we had been using an food oil previously.The environment of the store is very welcoming and overwhelming with the amount of products they have in store. It definitely feels like a one stop shop for all of your needs.”
“My first time in a Pets supplies Plus store. The store is well stocked and very clean. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. I took my daughters two golden doodles to be groomed. Our groomer was Jessica and she is a student groomer. Jessica did an amazing job! Both doodles were cut perfectly, their nails were done and they smelled so fresh. Both dogs were so happy when I picked them up! Jessica was great at grooming just like we ask and this was one of the best cuts they have ever had! I will definitely be coming back! Ask for Jessica! She is amazing!”
“Towards the end of February, my mom had found the page and made contact with the owner. They made the whole process really easy and were great with getting back to us regarding any questions we may have had. We weren't in the same state, and they were willing to meet us half way with our new little guy. We absolutely love him and are so grateful we found them and him.”

“I love this place. They always have a great friendly staff and the best sales. My dogs love the little cookie display/ bakery looking shelf in front. They have the cutest dog treats. Also a great selection for pet food. I will definitely keep coming here.I am sadden about another review I read on here .. For people reading the reviews like myself please do not be discouraged from this business. Especially, because of another's self entitlement. Yes, the parking lot is busy and yes the staff may have off days, but doesn't everyone?This shop has quality items and quality people its worth checking out. I favor the local shop.”

“I purchased the the clear windowsill shields from Claw Guard. My very large dogs can stand up and look out the window. They are very happy and the windowsills are protected. Buying the correct size was easy using the information on the company’s website. The guards were very easy to install and are hardly noticeable. My only regret was that I didn’t know about these windowsill guards when I first got my dogs.”

“Wonderful experience. I've been to this shop before, and have always been served with a friendly smile and expertise. Turns out the lady running the store and I have competed against each other at trivia locally before; she is the nicest person. This day, I went to buy a ground feeder for the deer who visit my house on a daily basis; I got a high-quality feeder for a good price, along with nice conversation.The inside décor, I must say, is also top-notch, very natural. I have been in the process of starting/ maintaining a freshwater tank and every time I go into the store, every staff member I interact with is helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. “I brought my puppy, Clover to this location recently to get groomed! My pup is an extremely active aussiedoodle (loves swimming, running in dirt etc) - Which caused for some matting on her coat. The groomers (I believe, Jessica!) did an incredible job taking care of the matting while keeping her beautiful coat. They also called me before letting me know their plan in the ways that they think trimming her would be best & asked for my approval, which I could not have appreciated more!!! Clover came home happy, and as cute as ever! Thank you for taking such great care of my girl!”

“Visited to pick up a dog for a national rescue organization. Pleasantly surprised at how clean the main area was. They seem very organized with an electronic check in that is required when you arrive. They have two enclosed rooms that potential adoptees can visit with the pets. I trust and hope the back areas are just as clean and nurturing for the animals!”
“The people here are friendly and helpful. I had to switch my dogs food due to a recall and they helped me pick out the perfect replacement food. Too bad you can only get it here and not other pet stores, which makes it slightly inconvenient but I don’t live far which is a plus.
They also have a really good selection of dog toys, treats and accessories.”

“Received a call from corporate office from Lauren apologizing for the situation. Noted that they were able to talk to their staff. Although it was a frustrating situation I appreciated that someone was able to address the situation and take time to inform me and apologize.
8/11/2024 Came in at 1:20 pm
and asked if I could use the self wash. Employee says sure I just have to clean the wash. As the employee is cleaning the available dog wash another person walks in and jumps ahead of me because the employee did not put my name on the list. Another employee from the one cleaning the wash informs me that since this new customer put his name on the list he’s first. Employee who I asked for the wash services shrugs and just says “ok.” A 20 minute self service has turned into a 40+ minutes of waiting now.”
