“Such a beautiful store! I had the pleasure of meeting Alicia who was painting a very lively gingerbread man on the window when I arrived (hate I didn't get a picture of it). All of the decor was beautiful - the photos don't do it justice! The shelves were neatly organized and well stocked. The store was well staffed and everyone seemed to be on task. I wish I had had more time to browse; it was such a welcoming space -I look forward to returning!”

“I called and ordered a cake for my girls 10th birthday. I sent my boyfriend to pick it up. We had to make a little modification at home to make the spelling correct for our pictures, but she loved it.The 13th Birthday cake was great, photographed perfectly and our girl loved it again!”

“The staff here is INCREDIBLY nice. The employee working with us let us know that the shop supplies their own-made dog food and I was really interested. I let him know that our dog has sensitive tummy issues and might not be able to handle the food, so I asked if they sold small sample bags to try out. He immediately said it was okay and that he would give me a sample to try and also reminded me to integrate it into my dogs food slowly to acclimate him! I thought that was so thoughtful of the employee and really made me know that he cared more about my dog's health rather than just a sale.The employee also let us know his favorite treats for hair and nail health, pointing us in the direction of some dried salmon bites and herrings! I got a couple of those to test out with our dog as we had been using an food oil previously.The environment of the store is very welcoming and overwhelming with the amount of products they have in store. It definitely feels like a one stop shop for all of your needs.”

Lauren was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable and walked me through all of the fun chews and supplements for our Senior pup! I was also pleased to find they make their own food and supplements in-house! If you’re looking for top quality pet supplies I would give Pet wants 10/5 stars!!!”

“Great people in the Warehouse. Driveway into office/warehouse is twisty and narrow. It was hard to stay on the pavement with my 40 ft trailer, a 53 ft trailer would be even harder. Bad design.”
“This was my first time using ENV, and I am very impressed with the groomer, Nickie. My dog's grooming was on point, and that says a lot for a 1st time visit.”
“The people here are friendly and helpful. I had to switch my dogs food due to a recall and they helped me pick out the perfect replacement food. Too bad you can only get it here and not other pet stores, which makes it slightly inconvenient but I don’t live far which is a plus.
They also have a really good selection of dog toys, treats and accessories.”
“There was no good service. The American woman served us without the character to provide good service. Her face was angry. She should be more friendly when selling products and pets. They want to sell them what they want, not what the customer wants.
I will give 5 stars. The Petco store has not really done anything. Otherwise, the staff has no character. There were 2 rude people. We asked them and they were kind. Thank you very much for reading my comment. I just left my experience at the store. If there is good service, there will be more customers and more sales.”
“Visited to pick up a dog for a national rescue organization. Pleasantly surprised at how clean the main area was. They seem very organized with an electronic check in that is required when you arrive. They have two enclosed rooms that potential adoptees can visit with the pets. I trust and hope the back areas are just as clean and nurturing for the animals!”
“I have taken my cocker spaniel puppy here twice now and had the best experiences with Jordan and Rebecca! My puppy is very anxious and I assume not the easiest to groom and they are so patient and gentle with her!”
“Bigger than other Lidl stores but probably because it’s newer. Well stocked, well lit, wide aisles. Produce dept has a good selection. Bread section was picked over when I was there so not much was available. Employees were available and friendly.”
“My fiancé and I came to this facility on 2/11 and walked out with a beautiful Pitty for a Staycation. Everyone was very warm, chipper and helpful. When we got there it was very busy but they were handling the crowd well. We didn’t wait too long to interact with the dog of our choice. I read past reviews and it looks like they’re working on their customer service. We were very satisfied with our visit.”

“It’s the only pet food store that carries the special freeze dried treats for my cat. I can order them online, but they always come damage so I do my weekly stop into this location to pick them up. Never disappointed with this selection.”
